Rob greeted us at the door when we showed up - we thought we would just be doing some window shopping but we were so impressed by the Toyoto Venza that we purchased it the same day. We were set on a certain price that we did not want to go over and Rob got management to agree and wow we walked out of the dealership with a brand new Venza! When we came to pick up the car Rob reviewed all the basics of the car and made sure the car was detailed and gassed up for us! He took the time to set up my phone and indicated if we ever needed help to feel free to call him and he wouldn't hestiate to review how any of the car options worked. Taking a test drive involved installing car seats for the kids and we didn't feel rushed or that we were inconveniencing him at all with this time consuming task.We felt that we were offered a fair price for the vehicle we were trading in and got a great price on the new-to-us Sienna that we purchased. Although we made our decision quickly, we didn't feel any pressure from Rob or the dealership to make a purchase. Also, the kids play area was a life saver with entertaining our 3 year old while we completed paperwork. When we picked up our new van we found it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out and Rob took the time to give us a complete orientation to the vehicle. We have had our 2009 Sienna for almost 2 weeks now and are so happy with our purchase, the vehicle appears to be in great condition and as previous Toyota owners we feel confident that this vehicle will last our family many years.
