I believe it was Sam English who gladly did an excellent job of preparing my bill and registering me with Club Toyota and an inspection even though there was little time and just for a tire cover. I was taken care of by a kind person from service for a future appointment for a oil change. I would also like to thank the mechanic who installed my tire cover so fast. The price quoted was taken from another dealership. He took this into account when preparing the bill and charged me a a very fair price! All this in approximately 15 plus minutes with no one complaining about staying longer to make a very satisfied customer. THANKS TEAM SHERWOOD TOYOTA!!! Sincerely, Steven More

I was looking for a RAV4, and went to Sherwood Park because I figured they had the best selection. I was right, and so much more! I was stressed out thinking about the upcoming sales pressure and all t because I figured they had the best selection. I was right, and so much more! I was stressed out thinking about the upcoming sales pressure and all that usual car deal stuff, but none of that happened. David, the Used Car Sales Manager, is a really nice, down-to earth guy. He assigned Nick Bhalla to show me around the lot and discuss my options, and Nick was great too! Both guys definitley know their stuff. I left the dealership with my new ride, feeling like I got a fair deal, and my business was important to them, which is pretty rare these days. Finally, a dealership gets what people want! More

And trust me, me and my fiancee are both very patient and friendly persons but she had less than a clue what she was talking about !! So confused that when she gave me my new keys, she gave me subaru keys! Absolutely mind blowing. She called me three different names without correcting herself, i mean come on, my name is Ken!! Not very hard to remember. Its a good thing that I really wanted that SUV and there was not a single other one like it in all of edmonton area because i would of walked away within the first 5 minutes of walking in. The financing part of things were a lot smoother, Ryan was very friendly and helpful and Leanne was not too bad but we did not feel important to her one bit. AND in my driveway i was looking at my purchase and saw that the driver side handle had been bumped quite hard and covered up but was quite obvious! I was quite disappointed since i paid over 40000 for a used vehicle!! Thanks Sherwood Park Toyota !!!!! Never again More
