Jason and the sales team were very helpful and listened attentively. The selection process was quick and easy. Lateasha and the finance team were also friendly, helpful and organized. All the necessary paperwork was processed and in order. I picked up my truck yesterday and I couldn't be happier. One small piece of after market work was overlooked by the service department, prior to delivery but the folks at the dealership noticed, pointed it out to me and are actively addressing the oversight. Overall the experience of any dealership comes down to who you interact with. My wife, daughter, and I were toured around by Rob Nessel. Out of the salesmen we had come across at other dealerships he is who you interact with. My wife, daughter, and I were toured around by Rob Nessel. Out of the salesmen we had come across at other dealerships he is the only one I felt necessary to write a review for. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and more importantly laid back when it came to us exploring cars. When we first met him we told him what we were looking for in a car and he pointed out the Highlander. We shrugged and said we wanted to see the Rav 4, Venza, and 4Runner. He gladly obliged and let us feel each one out for ourselves. After we noted that we had to compromise on a few things with each of the ones we came to see he mentioned the Highlander again. We humored him but quickly found that it was the other way around. We learned that day that the Highlander was the perfect vehicle for our family needs. We went on a test drive with Rob and then came back a day later where the dealership let us take the Highlander for the night. Throughout this Rob was kind, checked-in in a non-pushy way, and overall was a great fit for us. My family and I highly recommend to go see him if you are trying to find the right fit of car for you. More

They had clearly defined CUSTOMER SERVICE by going above and beyond. I needed a tire cover for my 2007 Toyota RAV4 and I arrived at 3:35 on Saturday, June 22, 2013 with no appointment. I believe it was Sam English who gladly did an excellent job of preparing my bill and registering me with Club Toyota and an inspection even though there was little time and just for a tire cover. I was taken care of by a kind person from service for a future appointment for a oil change. I would also like to thank the mechanic who installed my tire cover so fast. The price quoted was taken from another dealership. He took this into account when preparing the bill and charged me a a very fair price! All this in approximately 15 plus minutes with no one complaining about staying longer to make a very satisfied customer. THANKS TEAM SHERWOOD TOYOTA!!! Sincerely, Steven More

I was looking for a RAV4, and went to Sherwood Park because I figured they had the best selection. I was right, and so much more! I was stressed out thinking about the upcoming sales pressure and all t because I figured they had the best selection. I was right, and so much more! I was stressed out thinking about the upcoming sales pressure and all that usual car deal stuff, but none of that happened. David, the Used Car Sales Manager, is a really nice, down-to earth guy. He assigned Nick Bhalla to show me around the lot and discuss my options, and Nick was great too! Both guys definitley know their stuff. I left the dealership with my new ride, feeling like I got a fair deal, and my business was important to them, which is pretty rare these days. Finally, a dealership gets what people want! More
