I've had my eye on a Scion FRS Release Series for awhile and rushed to the nearest dealership to order one. BIG MISTAKE. After being led on about availability, dealing with rude management and outright lied to, I decided to take my money away from Mayfield Toyota and called Sherwood Park Toyota the other Scion dealership in Edmonton. I was greeted by Mavy and after explaining briefly the situation, he immediately sent me pictures and a video of the one they had in stock. It was extremely reassuring after my previous experience at Mayfield and Mavy's easy going personality helped calm me down. My fiance and I went to visit him at the dealership, made a deal and the next day took my FRS home! Day later, Mavy called to check in to see how everything was. ..its nice to be treated like a human being! After being burned by one dealership, I was completely turned off and had second thoughts about buying a vehicle outright. To be fair, the car speaks for itself yet I can safely say I wouldn't have bought it if it hadn't been for Mavy making things so seemless, easy and funny. My brother will be buying a FJ in September. All of my family, my fiance and our friends will be coming back to Sherwood Park Toyota as long as Mavy is still there. More

We were shopping around for a new RAV4; we went to several Toyota dealerships in the city however customer service was very poor. When we went to pick up our RAV4 Anya assisted us, she was highly knowledgeable, professional and confidant, in showing us all the operations of the vehicle, Anya is truly a great asset to the Sherwood Park Toyota. This was by far our most pleasing and professional encounter ever and the bar are set at such a high level that other companies need to rise to these standards. Overall the experience of any dealership comes down to who you interact with. My wife, daughter, and I were toured around by Rob Nessel. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and more importantly laid back when it came to us exploring cars. When we first met him we told him what we were looking for in a car and he pointed out the Highlander. We shrugged and said we wanted to see the Rav 4, Venza, and 4Runner. He gladly obliged and let us feel each one out for ourselves. After we noted that we had to compromise on a few things with each of the ones we came to see he mentioned the Highlander again. We humored him but quickly found that it was the other way around. We learned that day that the Highlander was the perfect vehicle for our family needs. We went on a test drive with Rob and then came back a day later where the dealership let us take the Highlander for the night. Throughout this Rob was kind, checked-in in a non-pushy way, and overall was a great fit for us. My family and I highly recommend to go see him if you are trying to find the right fit of car for you.
