We were shopping around for a brand new toyota sienna, we went to a few different dealerships. After shopping around we were getting discouraged and had thought about not buying new. My husband decided to give sherwood park toyota a call and see what price they would give us, right off the bat they were priced significantly lower than everyone else and weren't playing back and forth price games. (when we called back one of the other dealerships, they said they could have matched the price, why then did we have to go back and forth and end up leaving after hours spent there! Just give us the best price, like sherwood park toyota did! Dealing with sherwood park toyota was a delight, everyone is friendly. Helen went above and beyond to make sure the van was everything we wanted including all the extras we had asked for. The work was great and done when they said it would be done! When my husband picked up the van he said it was like a celebration, and it was a lot of fun. They make you feel that your business is appreciated, we will definitely be shopping there again and will recommend them to our friends! More

I was very nervous going into this because my credit rating wasn't good and I have had bad experiences with other dealerships. I have always gotten a vehicle but with very (ridiculously) high interest rating wasn't good and I have had bad experiences with other dealerships. I have always gotten a vehicle but with very (ridiculously) high interest rates. Leanne got me a rate that I have never received (low) and between her, Owen, Dave and Lateasha made my few hours at Sherwood Toyota an abosolutely fantastic time. I walked out of there feeling like they actually cared. I have had a couple of experiences similar but never the whole package like this. I will recommend anyone that I know or even a casual acquaintance to go to Sherwood Park Toyota before going anywhere else to buy a vechicle. More

When my wife and I came to SP Toyota,, we were approached by Sophear Vong, outside. He seemed very pleasant. I inquired about the Toyota Venza, thinking that I wouldn't be able to afford a new one. Sophear by Sophear Vong, outside. He seemed very pleasant. I inquired about the Toyota Venza, thinking that I wouldn't be able to afford a new one. Sophear went with my wife and I for a test drive. We shared a few laughs along the way, and we enjoyed the car, and each other's company very much. We did not end up purchasing this particular Venza, but the one we bought was even nicer. Then Chris Kambeltz came along, and they worked out some payment options, with my trade in of a 2006 Chrysler Sebring. I certainly wish I could've got a little more for my trade in, but understood that it had a lot on the odometer, so I wasn't going to get much. Chris then offered a $4000 rebate, which brought the price down into my price range. Now, we were talking! We crunched a few numbers, and began to talk about the financing process. The financing could not be approved until the next day, as it was a holiday Monday that day. It is worth mentioning that the reason we ended up at Sh Pk Toyota, was because many dealers in the southside, close to where we live were closed that day. I do not know why so many dealerships are closed. I realize it's a holiday, but a lot of people have the day off, thus more people, like me, are looking for a new vehicle. I met Bill L, and he informed me that he would work on my approval early in the morning. I called him the next day (Tuesday), and I was approved shortly there after. It was now the afternoon, and Bill told me that my car may not be detailed and ready until Wednesday. I told him that would not work, as I had taken the day off to take care of all of this. He said he would make it happen. That he did, and my car was detailed, and ready for me early that evening. I came in to sign the 'dreaded' documents, worrying about how much my payment was going to go up. But Bill was not too pushy about the 'extras'. I had a tight budget, and if I didn't want something, he simply said "ok". I bought a few extras, but not all of them. I simply couldn't afford all of them, though I wish I could have. As we arrived in the evening, the receptionist paged Sophear Vong a few times. and he was nowhere to be found. A few minutes later he walked in, with MY new car keys, and apologized for stepping out, " I was out gassing up your car, Mr Mill". We shared a laugh, once again. So we went outside, went through a checklist, he hooked up my iphone to my new bluetooth, showed me how to work the GPS, and stereo, and also showed me a few more little tricky things about the car. Sophear, Chris, and Bill are an asset to your company, in my opinion. I would deal with Sherwood Park Toyota in the future, mainly because of people like this. After going to mayfield to buy an FRS and not getting the service we wanted, we left and were having second thoughts if we would even buy one. My wife and I were in the market for a pre-owned Venza. Met with Mavy and the customer service was top notch. We wanted to avoid the typical car dealership horror stories that you so often here about, yet Met with Mavy and the customer service was top notch. I had been on the search for a new p/u truck for several months. ( even after hours! ) The non pushy sales atmosphere and friendly staff, right from Anya all the way thru the finance department definitely made the purchasing of my new Tundra a great experience!
