When we first started considering a new Toyota Rav4, we contacted another dealer in Edmonton. One wouldn't move much on price and had a lot of extra fees and wouldn't give us the final price and just press contacted another dealer in Edmonton. Another dealer in Edmonton had an attitude and behaviour that would be more appropriate for some bargain-basement used car dealership (the kind of place where they roll back the odometer and lie about the accident it was in where it was written off as a total loss) - he was nice enough to offer to throw in for free the floor mats that come free with the car anyway. Then we saw a base model RAV4 with an upgrade package at a good price at Sherwood Park Toyota and my husband started speaking online to Anya. She was happy to give us the total price and find out exactly what we wanted and needed and did NOT try to push us to more, more, more. Dealing with her was very relaxed and pressure-free, but she is extremely knowledgeable and gave us the facts in detail about the different models and their features without making us feel like she was pushing us to buy more than we needed. In the end we wound up choosing to go a step up and bought a beautiful RAV4 XLE AWD. Lateasha was very clear and concise about the financing options and how much everything would cost and we wound up getting a 3-year term with an additional 4 years full service and warranty (for a total of 7 years with everything covered). We then went out to our new RAV4 and Anya showed me where everything is and how to work it (the heated seats are divine!) so that when I left with the vehicle I felt comfortable with the controls and gadgets. I don't have a decent cell phone right now; so she said if I get one to come back and she'll set up the bluetooth for me. This was my first experience buying a car that wasn't just new-to-me and it seemed absolutely effortless! That used-car worthy salesman? He tried saying that the price Anya gave us wasn't the price, it would be PLUS the cost to fill up the tank, PLUS the cost to clean it, and a whole bunch of other plusses. Anya is the one who told us that the floor mats that he was willing to throw in for free came with the car for no additional charge! The only PLUS was the excellent and sincere service we got from both Anya and Lateasha. If you want to buy a New Toyota, save your time and energy and just go straight to Sherwood Park - you won't be sorry! More

This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle and Sophear did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. Upon entering the dealership, Sophear politely introduced himself and got an impression of what we were looking for. He then took us outside and showed us a number of vehicles fitting the criteria. I really enjoyed Sophear's approach to car sales, as at no time did I feel pressured or pushed. Instead, he was extremely informative and was able to answer questions and offer suggestions to any concerns I had. During the test drive and the whole process in general, a number of laughs were shared as Sophear was simply a fun and enjoyable person to interact with. Lateasha helped us out with the financing process and also did a terrific job. We sat down with her twice (initially to provide purchasing information and again to review details concerning the financing plan put in place) and both times had a time restraint as my father had to be at work. In each case, she was able to go through everything required within the time limitation without making any compromises in clarity or customer service in general. Lateasha too was a pleasure to have met and have help us out. Overall Sherwood Park Toyota was an excellent experience. More

I Went to see Dodge in Sherwood Park as I was looking for a almost new sports muscle Car or possibly a new one and a truck. I also got advice from a work college that Sherwood Toyota had some lovely stock of both and the lady who helped my work college was very informative and helpful and that I should give her a call or send a tex for advice. I gave it a little thought as I had a 69 Charger in the UK for 12 years + and was thinking along the same lines and got told there was possibly a charger or challenger in Sherwood Toyota. I texed Anya Dickerson who within a few minutes returned my tex with some info and a video link she had made on you tube of a Dodge RT Challenger they had. I was impressed from the onset of this response and arranged to come in and see some cars and trucks. Anya met me soon after, a very friendly lady and was to my surprise quite keyed onto performance cars after owning her own. This being a great start and walking around with Anya she kindly showed me their stock from the new to the used. I test drove a Black Mustang and a Red Dodge Challenger the one Anya made a you tube video of. After being showed these and having some hands on Anya confirmed my additional wishes of extra add ons one was not a problem and could be done swiftly on my choice of vehicle. Anya then gathered the car specific info i requested and showed me all the checks and fitting info for the extra work I had requested. It was done and wrapped up quickly which made my whole experience with this lady a true pleasure. I know in the near future who I will be calling for a new Truck. Anya was very helpful with our purchase of our 2013 Sienna Awd. This was our 1st ever Toyota purchase. She showed us the pricing for each trim level, that was the actual price ( not a bunch of add ons) Sienna Awd. This was our 1st ever Toyota purchase. Jason Andrews and Sherwood Park Toyota was actually recommended to me by a coworker. I first tried Mayfield Toyota and did not receive the customer service that I had hoped for and left there with no recommended to me by a coworker. I went to Sherwood Toyota not knowing what to expect however my experience was far different and far more enjoyable. Once at the dealership my wife and I were immediately greeted and when I asked for Jason they explained he was with a customer and in the few minutes we waited we were asked if we would want refreshments and had good interactions with other sales people - casual conversations and no "pushy sales". Jason went through all the details with us, actually asking what packages and items were important to us and most importantly not once tried to "upsale" or push us in a direction that was wrong. And a key point for me was that not once was the question "how much do you want to spend" asked - which seems like the first question anywhere else you go. That left me feeling like my budget was not the starting point for them. After spending time going over details, looking at vehicles and test driving the key question of what my timeline was for pur haze was asked and after replying that if a deal was good today I would be interested - Jason came through and really worked with us to get the best package we could for within our budget. For most people big purchases are often daunting and it is a terrible feeling to leave thinking you never got what you wanted or that you paid far too much. The fact is that I have wanted a Tacoma for many years and never in my life have I owned a new vehicle. This experience left me feeling very positive and extremely happy - and it is mainly from the customer service and willingness from Jason and Sean to work with us to achieve it. Thank you to the two of them and I recommend anyone go in and talk to Jason to experience the same. More
