I chose this dealership because there's not many Scion dealers in Edmonton & area, and fewer with a new FR-S in stock. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, but really, what car dealership isn Scion dealers in Edmonton & area, and fewer with a new FR-S in stock. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, but really, what car dealership isn't when you're about to drop tens of thousands of dollars their way. I also traded in my old car, which they gave me a fair price for. What really impressed me was Anya, the saleswoman. She was very knowledgeable not only about the car, but also in regards to aftermarket parts and mods. This was a refreshing change of pace from some of the other dealerships I've dealt with. Afterall, Scion's target demographic of young adults are generally into these things and I am glad Anya did her homework. The overall experience was excellent. I wish they could have lowered the price a bit, but with the FR-S being so new, it's hard to do. More

I got ride of my ram truck and this was my first experience with Toyota. (I bought a used one privately) When I got there, I was greeted right away and didn't have to wait for very long to talk to a experience with Toyota. I was wrong. Kelly helped me right away with a nice smile. Then to my surprise, Baron, the service manager came over and introduce himself. He apologized for being so busy and assured me that they would take care of everything. He was right! After dropping off my car, I got a shuttle by a really nice British man. I called in a little later and spoke to Carolyn. She let me know they weren't quite finished and that Kelly would call when it was done. I got a call from Kelly and the shuttle came and got me. My bill was right on the quote and there was Baron again thanking me for my business! I have to say that I have been in very few businesses that seem have such happy employees even though they were obviously very busy. Kudos to Sherwood Park Toyota. I am a customer for life from now on! More

My husband recently purchased a new Tacoma from Sherwood Toyota, his sales guys was absolutely awesome!! Answered all questions he had about the truck & even programmed his phone into the Bluetooth!! Our only regret is we purchased a used Toyota from another Toyota dealership in the west end of Edmonton & the customer service was horrible & we wish we would have dealt with Sherwood on our used vehicle as well... We were shopping around for a brand new toyota sienna, we went to a few different dealerships. After shopping around we were getting discouraged and had thought about not buying new. (when we called back one of the other dealerships, they said they could have matched the price, why then did we have to go back and forth and end up leaving after hours spent there! Just give us the best price, like sherwood park toyota did! Dealing with sherwood park toyota was a delight, everyone is friendly. Helen went above and beyond to make sure the van was everything we wanted including all the extras we had asked for. The work was great and done when they said it would be done! When my husband picked up the van he said it was like a celebration, and it was a lot of fun. I was very nervous going into this because my credit rating wasn't good and I have had bad experiences with other dealerships. I have always gotten a vehicle but with very (ridiculously) high interest rating wasn't good and I have had bad experiences with other dealerships. I have always gotten a vehicle but with very (ridiculously) high interest rates. Leanne got me a rate that I have never received (low) and between her, Owen, Dave and Lateasha made my few hours at Sherwood Toyota an abosolutely fantastic time. I walked out of there feeling like they actually cared. I have had a couple of experiences similar but never the whole package like this. I will recommend anyone that I know or even a casual acquaintance to go to Sherwood Park Toyota before going anywhere else to buy a vechicle. More
