I was unfortunately looking for a new car as my old one was written off. After seeing the new design of the 2014 Scion TC I knew I wanted one. Upon entering Sherwood Park Toyota I was greeted warmly by Sop was written off. After seeing the new design of the 2014 Scion TC I knew I wanted one. Upon entering Sherwood Park Toyota I was greeted warmly by Sophear asking how he could help. Right away my eyes were drawn to there blue TC sitting in the showroom. Me and my fiancé were upfront saying that we were here for that blue TC and explained the situation as we were in the process dealing with the insurance with the old car. Sophear was knowledgable and knew what I wanted and didn't try and make me settle for something else. When asked if we could take one for a test drive, Sophear was as excited to go for the drive as we were. We joked around and talked the whole test drive. He made the whole experience AMAZING!!! I would go back and buy another car from him any day. As my fiancé now wants a 2014 Corolla. We will be going back to him when she decides she wants one. When the time came to pick up the truck, I flew straight to Edmonton and Anya was very kind to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership. The process from there was very simple and very quick! Anya showed me my new truck, explained some of the features I didn't even know I had! I absolutely love my truck, and the fact that it's one of the first 2014 Standard trucks to role of the lot makes the whole purchase just that much better! I'm really glad everything went so quick, and being able to have the truck registered and on the road with in hours was great! I definitely recommend Anya to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota! I would recommend Anya Dickerson as a salesperson to anyone that I know that may need a vehicle; even know the overall experience wasn't the greatest from the deposit to 1st payment. With everything that happen from 1st truck that I put a deposit on going missing to the wrong payment date and everything in between like the delivery truck breaking down and what not. I really feel that Anya went to battle for me and did the best she could. I would also have to stay that her professionalism went over and beyond as I wasn't the greatest to deal with, with all stress that came with and from all that went wrong. I can only hope that she thinks of me in any other way then a bother to her. More
