Good experience. Nick has given us a good price and deal and explained everything clearly, especially when he explained the features of my Toyota RAV4. I Went to see Dodge in Sherwood Park as I was looking for a almost new sports muscle Car or possibly a new one and a truck. I also got advice from a work college that Sherwood Toyota had some lovely stock of both and the lady who helped my work college was very informative and helpful and that I should give her a call or send a tex for advice. I gave it a little thought as I had a 69 Charger in the UK for 12 years + and was thinking along the same lines and got told there was possibly a charger or challenger in Sherwood Toyota. I texed Anya Dickerson who within a few minutes returned my tex with some info and a video link she had made on you tube of a Dodge RT Challenger they had. I was impressed from the onset of this response and arranged to come in and see some cars and trucks. Anya met me soon after, a very friendly lady and was to my surprise quite keyed onto performance cars after owning her own. This being a great start and walking around with Anya she kindly showed me their stock from the new to the used. I test drove a Black Mustang and a Red Dodge Challenger the one Anya made a you tube video of. After being showed these and having some hands on Anya confirmed my additional wishes of extra add ons one was not a problem and could be done swiftly on my choice of vehicle. Anya then gathered the car specific info i requested and showed me all the checks and fitting info for the extra work I had requested. It was done and wrapped up quickly which made my whole experience with this lady a true pleasure. I know in the near future who I will be calling for a new Truck. Anya was very helpful with our purchase of our 2013 Sienna Awd. This was our 1st ever Toyota purchase. She showed us the pricing for each trim level, that was the actual price ( not a bunch of add ons) Sienna Awd. This was our 1st ever Toyota purchase. There was no pressure to upgrade to a different trim level of vehicle and she never tried to "pressure" us into anything that we didn't want. There are not a lot of sales people like this any where any more. She was greatly appreciated in our purchase as she will be when you purchase a vehicle from her. More

Jason Andrews and Sherwood Park Toyota was actually recommended to me by a coworker. I first tried Mayfield Toyota and did not receive the customer service that I had hoped for and left there with no recommended to me by a coworker. I first tried Mayfield Toyota and did not receive the customer service that I had hoped for and left there with no expectation of returning. I went to Sherwood Toyota not knowing what to expect however my experience was far different and far more enjoyable. Once at the dealership my wife and I were immediately greeted and when I asked for Jason they explained he was with a customer and in the few minutes we waited we were asked if we would want refreshments and had good interactions with other sales people - casual conversations and no "pushy sales". Jason went through all the details with us, actually asking what packages and items were important to us and most importantly not once tried to "upsale" or push us in a direction that was wrong. And a key point for me was that not once was the question "how much do you want to spend" asked - which seems like the first question anywhere else you go. That left me feeling like my budget was not the starting point for them. After spending time going over details, looking at vehicles and test driving the key question of what my timeline was for pur haze was asked and after replying that if a deal was good today I would be interested - Jason came through and really worked with us to get the best package we could for within our budget. For most people big purchases are often daunting and it is a terrible feeling to leave thinking you never got what you wanted or that you paid far too much. The fact is that I have wanted a Tacoma for many years and never in my life have I owned a new vehicle. This experience left me feeling very positive and extremely happy - and it is mainly from the customer service and willingness from Jason and Sean to work with us to achieve it. Thank you to the two of them and I recommend anyone go in and talk to Jason to experience the same. More

I'm from out of town and was dealing with Anya by email and phone and she easily delivered the best service from all the dealers I had been in contact with. Anya gave me all the information I needed on the various inventory they had in stock by email and helped me find the Tundra that was exactly what I wanted (I had settled on a red doublecab and instead found a blue crewmax that I really wanted in the same price range!). Upon arrival we went for a test drive and I could tell she truly believed in the product she was selling and I had no sense that she was just trying to sell me any vehicle she could to get it off the lot. Getting all the paperwork done was a breeze as well and they even gave me a dealer plate for the weekend so I could drive it home to Cold Lake that day. As well, the truck is amazing and the extended warranty was very competitive. I am normally very leery of most dealerships but will deal with Anya and Sherwood Park Toyota again in the future when the time comes! More
I chose this dealership because there's not many Scion dealers in Edmonton & area, and fewer with a new FR-S in stock. Everyone is really nice and accommodating, but really, what car dealership isn't when you're about to drop tens of thousands of dollars their way. I also traded in my old car, which they gave me a fair price for. What really impressed me was Anya, the saleswoman. She was very knowledgeable not only about the car, but also in regards to aftermarket parts and mods. This was a refreshing change of pace from some of the other dealerships I've dealt with. Afterall, Scion's target demographic of young adults are generally into these things and I am glad Anya did her homework. The overall experience was excellent. I wish they could have lowered the price a bit, but with the FR-S being so new, it's hard to do. More
David Lied to us about damages to 2010 RAV4, He was specifically asked whether this vehicle was in an accident and he said that it was not. We found out from another dealership that it had a $17000 cl specifically asked whether this vehicle was in an accident and he said that it was not. We found out from another dealership that it had a $17000 claim against it. When contacted, Sherwood Toyota then said Oh well, nothing they can do. We lost about $2000 on trade in value because of this, they should have in the very least offered up the money we lost, tried to make amends another way. If I owned this company i would do my utmost to weed out people that represent my company and have no integrity. UPDATE: 29/8/13 We Have been in touch with Aaron and he is working with us to resolve this issue, this certainly goes a long way to restore our faith in Sherwood Park Toyota. It's amazing how one person can destroy your faith in a company and yet another person can completely turn it around. Thanks Aaron More
