Sherwood Park Toyota responded

Hello, unfortunately internal miscommunication led to this situation. The Tundra was sold Friday afternoon and was not entered into sales log. Truck was getting a starter installed and detailed already when you arrived. It was the only white in that package on the lot ready to go, which is why you left deposit and drove in the next morning. It was not communicated until you, the customer, were here that vehicle would be getting paid for and delivered that afternoon. We tried our best to sweeten the deal with his second color choice of sunset bronze but could not come to terms. You have every right to be disappointed in us, as we are disappointed in ourselves for making this mistake.
