When I showed up unannounced the next day I was not swarmed by anyone and was left alone to look at the vehicles unimpeded. When Owen noticed that I was interested in a vehicle he came up to me and was very professional, personable and helpful, we went for a test drive right away and I ended up buying a 2013 Tacoma TRD shortly after. They were all awesome and everyone loved my dog Buster and he was also treated royally. Cathy in finance was also great as was Chris and every one else I met, look forward to seeing them all again with my first service....thanks for all your help and great personalities and professionalism. I was unfortunately looking for a new car as my old one was written off. After seeing the new design of the 2014 Scion TC I knew I wanted one. Upon entering Sherwood Park Toyota I was greeted warmly by Sop was written off. After seeing the new design of the 2014 Scion TC I knew I wanted one. Upon entering Sherwood Park Toyota I was greeted warmly by Sophear asking how he could help. Right away my eyes were drawn to there blue TC sitting in the showroom. Me and my fiancé were upfront saying that we were here for that blue TC and explained the situation as we were in the process dealing with the insurance with the old car. Sophear was knowledgable and knew what I wanted and didn't try and make me settle for something else. When asked if we could take one for a test drive, Sophear was as excited to go for the drive as we were. We joked around and talked the whole test drive. He made the whole experience AMAZING!!! I would go back and buy another car from him any day. As my fiancé now wants a 2014 Corolla. We will be going back to him when she decides she wants one. We have been loyal customers of Toyota and were normally used to dealing with Mayfield. This ended a year ago with a bad experience with Mayfield Sales and had us looking for better options. Our friend guided us to Mavy after he had delt with him. Within minutes on our first meeting, he had our boys entertained and had my husband and I enjoying our Tundra experience. We did not make it easy on him and he never grew impatient or angry. Treated us like friends and not random customers. We bought our first Tundra from him last year and picked up our 2014 last week. When the time came to pick up the truck, I flew straight to Edmonton and Anya was very kind to pick me up from the airport and take me to the dealership. The process from there was very simple and very quick! Anya showed me my new truck, explained some of the features I didn't even know I had! I absolutely love my truck, and the fact that it's one of the first 2014 Standard trucks to role of the lot makes the whole purchase just that much better! I'm really glad everything went so quick, and being able to have the truck registered and on the road with in hours was great! I definitely recommend Anya to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota!
