I never write reviews but Daniel Dekel is one of those people that leaves lasting impressions due to his caring personality. His tone is on par with some of the best I have ever come across and his profes people that leaves lasting impressions due to his caring personality. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional and the building is well organized and very clean. The problem that I have with this dealership is the price of Toyota parts. I found that I can order part building is well organized and very clean. The problem that I have with this dealership is the price of Toyota parts. I found that I can order parts from Toyota dealerships in Ontario for 30 percent cheaper (and this includes shipping!). This leads me to believe that I have been paying too much for my Toyota parts from Sherwood Park Toyota for the past decade. This is a shame because I really like the folks at Sherwood Park Toyota, but 30% extra markup I feel is a price gouge to customers. I will continue to order my parts from Eastern Canada in the future. More

Upsold 2 addtnl warranties. When I wanted to trade in this car, 37 days later, they refused to refund ($1000 total). I contacted both insurance companies & both agreed to refund. Unfortunately, it is dea this car, 37 days later, they refused to refund ($1000 total). I contacted both insurance companies & both agreed to refund. Unfortunately, it is dealer's discretion after 30 days, & the dealer must refund me & then be reimbursed by insurance. They don't lose a thing by complying but refuse. I have traded in this 2021 Highlander XSE for the Platinum trim - but I did it at Heninger Toyota in Calgary. SP got the sale of my first vehicle, unfortunately, but they'll not get another dime. I hope you take the time to read the many, many negative reviews of this dealership. I didn't and paid the price. More
