My mother in law originally wanted to buy Private to avoid the " dealership sales process" as she has had some bad experiences with her past purchases at other dealerships. After introducing her to Aaron she realized she was going to have a postive experience this time around. We went for a test drive #1 and then test drive #2 the day later when she decided she was ready to take the next step. I was pleased to hear her say that she felt very comfortable and even enjoyed the experience. She was pleasantly surprised with the warm environment and everyone was friendly. She did not feel pressured through out the sale....The entire crew was fantastic to work with!! Best yet - I know she is well taken care of! Great service. I was approached right away but with a no pressure atmosphere. I encountered SP Toyota when doing due diligence in comparing high end mini vans. The response initially from your web site was interesting and the follow up from Dom was impressive I.e. After visiting an extremely high pressure dealership in Sherwood Park , we decided to check out Sherwood Park Toyota. My wife fell in love the Toyota Rav4 as soon as she seen one in the lot. Sophear was our sales person and went above and beyond to help us, which included moving several vehicles out of the way just to get the particular model we were interested in to take for a test drive. He never pressured us which was appreciated. Sophear was the first salesperson I have ever encountered that took the time to go through the ENTIRE vehicle when we picked it up and we learned so much about the features. It was very educational and we appreciated the time he took to make sure we knew how everything worked. We also met Amit, who was very helpful to get best deal on our trade and the financing staff were extremely friendly.
