Less than an hour later, I received an email from Anya, introducing herself and would get back to me with the all in price on the Venza I was interested in. Shortly, I get an email back with the impressive all in price. When I got home from work, she followed up with a phone call and offered a video of the car. I thought, sure why not, and 20 minutes later there it was. Impressive, I knew I was dealing with the right person. I emailed her to set up a test drive on Saturday, she emailed back that she already had two appointments and would arrange for Ivan to take us. We purchased the car that same day. Well, I went to the Net and requested a quote on a 2014 Rav4 Limited with a specific color and accessories that we were looking for from Anya. Our Sales Representative, Mavy, was wonderful from start to finish. He was honest, personable, knowledgeable. Bill in finance was really personable yet there were several factors that I thought could've been more professional including the paperwork process which at times was a bit confusing. The only thing that would take away from a perfect score was the pressure from the floor manager who told us that without a score of 10 on a survey from Toyota, it would negatively effect Mavy and dock his commission. He did an absolutely stellar job. Mavy has no control over the quality of work from others and several questions on the survey were not his line of work. I do not think the threat of harming our salesman's livelihood should influence the way a customer reflects on a survey. Our Sienna is wonderful and our family feels safe in it which is important to me. Thanks again Mavy! More
