We appreciate the opportunity to make improvements to our operations and it is via communication with our service guests that makes this possible. In this case, the 2012 Sienna was in twice to have the airbag problem diagnosed and the delays were due to previous collision repair issues on the Sienna that created the extra time to diagnose the air bag problems. We do our very best to diagnose vehicle problems as efficiently as possible but cannot guarantee that same level of efficiency when diagnosing an issue from a previous collision repair in which the repairs were not performed to a new standard.
