My husband Jeff and I had done our research and figured out that we were looking to buy a 2014 Highlander. We started our search 7 weeks ago and visited 3 different dealerships yet did not feel that it was out that we were looking to buy a 2014 Highlander. We started our search 7 weeks ago and visited 3 different dealerships yet did not feel that it was the right time to buy. Jeff sent out requests across the province yet the one that absolutely blew us away was our interactions with Mavy at Sherwood Park Toyota and his attitude over email. Initially we were a bit skeptical of visiting yet another dealership and dealing with high pressure sales attitudes yet with a simple phone conversation with Mavy I was very much inclined to give it another shot. We booked an appointment during the week and expected the same old game. We were greeted by Mavy and the very next moment he was interacting with our kids and made it feel that they were just as important to the experience as us their parents which we never had met before. Safe to say, over the next few days, we were totally ready to commit to buying right away and I can safely say that a huge factor was Mavy and his ways of putting things together in an easy, logical and enjoyable manner. I will and would tell everyone who is considering buying a Toyota to visit Sherwood Park Toyota and ask for Mavy. Awesome time all around! Tammy. More

This was our first time getting our Tacoma serviced at this dealership and it was great. I like that you can drive inside to drop off your vehicle.
