Both Justin and Cameron did a great job but I must say Cameron went out of his way to make sure we got a good deal , his knowledge of the product, the dealership were unreal. He made sure everything was done right and in place when we finalized the deal. Bill in finance made sure all the paperwork was ready, was very good with all his explanations in regards to everything Toyota offered. Less than an hour later, I received an email from Anya, introducing herself and would get back to me with the all in price on the Venza I was interested in. Shortly, I get an email back with the impressive all in price. When I got home from work, she followed up with a phone call and offered a video of the car. I thought, sure why not, and 20 minutes later there it was. Impressive, I knew I was dealing with the right person. I emailed her to set up a test drive on Saturday, she emailed back that she already had two appointments and would arrange for Ivan to take us. We purchased the car that same day. Well, I went to the Net and requested a quote on a 2014 Rav4 Limited with a specific color and accessories that we were looking for from Anya. While searching Kijiji for the vehicle we were interested in, we came across your ad for a 2013 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. It was exactly the make and model we were looking for. We contacted him via email and Richard was very quick to reply to our email by calling us. Richard immediately started working for us to make this deal a reality, he called us back to give us the details that this unit was a demo and he also listed off all the options the unit had.
