Great experience After having dealt with an unnamed non-Toyota dealership that left a bad taste in my mouth, I decided to check out Toyota due to the good reputation t After having dealt with an unnamed non-Toyota dealership that left a bad taste in my mouth, I decided to check out Toyota due to the good reputation that it's vehicles had. This I had expected. What I had not expected, but left me surprised (in a good way) is the customer service I received. Ivan sat down with me and helped me pick out a car in my budget - which, to be honest, was not great. However, I was able to get into something that wasn't just a base model - a Corolla Sport, in black and manual transmission, which is pretty much exactly what I wanted. I realize what is in stock is not always in the salesperson's control, or even the dealerships, but it is important because they didn't have to bring in a car from another city like the other dealership. I went for a test drive, the features were explained, including some I hadn't even considered or known about, and I was able to get an aftermarket remote car starter installed by Toyota which has been very useful during the cold. Again, nothing I had even thought about considering my budget, but Ivan helped make it work. Another important thing was that Ivan respected my time - unlike the unnamed dealership where they want you to work for the car (and yet it's my money!), I felt like Ivan worked for me. Once I had selected and test drove the vehicle, he didn't continue upselling or try to get me into something that was either out of my budget or something I didn't want. I wish Ivan all the best as he was honest, knew a lot about the vehicles he was selling, and looked out for the customer. More

He provided great feedback/advice and helped to narrow down what I was looking for to one specific vehicle. Unfortunately something happened that was out of Mike's control and this lead to me not being able to purchase from this dealership. Mike worked hard and did everything he could to rectify the problem and to ensure it wouldn't happen again in the future. If you are looking for a used vehicle I highly recommend Mike. They are very knowledgeable with all the products and services they provide. When I need Art to help me out he goes out of his way to accomodate us. Service Above and Beyond We had been searching for a truck to replace the one that was written off due to an accident. Being seniors, our finances limited us to used vehicle We had been searching for a truck to replace the one that was written off due to an accident. Being seniors, our finances limited us to used vehicle sales. We found the perfect fit, online, at Sherwood Park Toyota. Anya Dickerson popped up on our computer screen asking if she could be of assistance. She answered all of our questions, we arranged to visit the dealership and meet with her. What a pleasant surprise! She had the truck ready for our inspection, explained all of the computer functions (i.e. Onstar, Bluetooth, etc.). A price was negotiated and completed. Living 2 hours outside of Edmonton the Onstar and Bluetooth features were important to us. We were unable to pare our iphone with the Bluetooth so returned to ask Anya's help. To make a long story short, Anya and David Vieira required the truck to stay in Edmonton and we were given a 'loaner' to use until the Bluetooth component was fixed. Unfortunately the 'loaner' had a transmission problem. This is where the "above and beyond" comes into play. Within 2 hours of contacting Anya and David about the transmission problem they had another truck delivered to us, for our use until our GMC was ready for pickup. We were so impressed. They both put their best foot forward and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Thanks again, Anya and David, More

Vehicle arrived on the time and delivered on the time. Every thing was explained in detail and Ivan was more than happy to let me know about the cost of service & maintenance.
