I flew in from Regina on Saturday morning and Justin promptly picked me up from the airport to drive me to the dealership which was appreciated. Once we arrived and I inspected the vehicle there was a small issue with it. The situation could have been a very bad one due to the way I was treated by one manager (John), fortunately the issue was escalated above him to Shawn who promptly resolved this issue. David found us wandering and immediately took care of us, he took us to Justin and he helped us from there on in until we drove away in our new truck, he was very friendly, helpful, down-to-earth and personable, and he put is into the perfect vehicle that suits our needs. Cathy was also very helpful and she was able to secure us a good deal, even though our credit is bruised a little bit.
