Picked up my new highlander platinum last week! dealership and salesman was so good until We drove out and discovered that my vehicle is missing mudflaps, digital rear view mirror and camera, left dealership and salesman was so good until We drove out and discovered that my vehicle is missing mudflaps, digital rear view mirror and camera, left many calls and e mails for sales manager to let me know why I wasn’t advised of these items, no one calls me back! Not one time the salesman Jatin has apologized in e mail correspondence!he tells me factory has stopped supplying because of part shortage so if you pay an arm and a leg for premium vehicle factory can say oh I have stopped making certain products so your vehicle will come without BUT you still pay and sales will not disclose! I paid $10 grand of upgrades after putting all my upgrades and don’t tell me my vehicle is missing basic item as mudflaps! Pretty pathetic this is my money and I was not told that these items are missing until I looked at the vehicle when I got home! Dealership just wants to take your money but doesn’t follow through! My overall experience at Sherwood Park Toyota was absolutely terrible! I had put a deposit in September 2021 for a RAV 4 XSE HYBIRD which I was promise for March 2022. Prior to April , I absolutely terrible! I had put a deposit in September 2021 for a RAV 4 XSE HYBIRD which I was promise for March 2022. Prior to April , I went into the dealership with my family last week of January to check on the status of my vehicle. Only to find out that if I wanted a “faster delivery” I would have to put in an EXTRA $5000.00! Why do I have to put an extra amount? Just for a quicker sale? That’s disgusting. I have never EVER heard of such a ridiculous sales pitch. If a vehicle is ready and for such fast delivery - bring it in! Sell it to your costumer, because your costumer has been waiting for half a year! AFTER WAITING 9 MONTHS I got a call saying that my vehicle has arrived. I received confirmation and the VIN number. I went into the dealership just to be told that the RAV 4 that arrived is not my vehicle?! I have proof that I received the letter. I even took my time to gather my information I.e void cheque and insurance! I do not recommend dealing with AP SINGH as well as finance manager, AMAN for their false promise and deception! I have TAKEN my business elsewhere. I have gone into another Toyota, which has promised me my brand new RAV4 in 2 months as well as updates, proper communication, and PROMISE! NEVER. EVER. Go into Sherwood Toyota and deal with AMAN and AP SINGH. Please Sherwood Toyota your reputation is amazing, but with shady workers like this? Shoppers beware. Really terrible experience! More

I was in search of a particular vehicle. After going to many dealerships, I was so happy that my dream car was at Sherwood Park Toyota. The staff is very kind and helpful. Dishonest tactics and high pressure sales is how I would characterize our very poor experience with Toyota Sherwood Park. It all started when my wife built a Sienna online and then was then contacted by th characterize our very poor experience with Toyota Sherwood Park. It all started when my wife built a Sienna online and then was then contacted by this Gurpreet fella. An appointment was made to view and test drive at the dealership, my wife was so looking forward to this. We showed up and we’re made to wait 20min for Gurpreet. In the end apparently Gurpreet was too busy and we dealt with Anton. Good enough fella but we were eventually told that there were no test drives available and couldn’t even view one because lack of stock. Come to find out that this Gurpreet is their ‘online’ sales guy and we would have never dealt with him and I presume his whole goal is to make promises to get people in the door. After 1-1/2 hours of discussion around what we can’t do or have, we attempted to walk away the sales manager makes a last ditch effort with high pressure tactics. It was a very disappointing experience and found Toyota’s whole approach to be very arrogant and dismissive. They try to project this image of exclusivity and quality but it fell flat with us- total waste of our time. A purchase of this magnitude is an exciting time for us but SP Toyota left us with a very odd feeling. Honesty and trust are very important guys. We went next door to Hyundai and had a very positive experience and ultimately made a purchase with Hyundai the next day. More
I will give no star I had very bad experience. The staff is friendly but not helpful .when you are buying they will keep calling you but when you need advice or help they will keep ignoring you. I was there for a "tire on rim" change over and service. I arrive at my home 2 hours away to have my tire sensor warning light on and my "maintenance required - please see your dealer" warning message on m I arrive at my home 2 hours away to have my tire sensor warning light on and my "maintenance required - please see your dealer" warning message on my dash. I now have to make a 4 hour round trip to have them fix the error. Time and gas require money. My call to the service rep. was not helpful and the service manager has yet to return my calls. My recommendation to anyone requiring service - DO NOT GO HERE! More
I wish I could give half a star. Spoke to the Sales Manager on the phone. He tells me that he will only sell a vehicle if the vehicle is leased or financed. No other option as that way the dealer ensures they get maintenance and service business and the car owner cannot sell the car for 2-3 years. Sick dealership. Avoid these people at all costs. Requested the Sales Manager to email me his decision to insist on finance or lease options only and the guy refused to put it in writing. Why worry to put it in writing if what you are doing is not wrong. I hope once car markets are back to normal, buyers stop buying from all such stealerships who gouged customers. More

Sabrina (service manager) gave us 5 star treatment. She exhibits great leadership in her area and exceptional, personable customer service. John in finance is lovely and we were so happy to have him handle our vehicle financing. A really great team overall! More
