Great Experience! My wife and I needed to replace her vehicle after it was "totalled" in a car accident. As we were down to one car for family use, it was difficult for us to travel to the different Toyota dealerships in Edmonton and surrounding area to find the right vehicle for the right price. Sherwood Park Toyota was one of the few dealerships that we contacted that was more than willing to communicate via e-mail, including initial negotiations on the price. This made things much easier for us and was greatly appreciated. Nick Bhalla was terrific: greeting us when we initially arrived and helping us compare the new vehicles that we were interested in. He also showed us a few used ones that may have been of interest. This was not something that we had come to the dealership for, but we were grateful that Nick had done this. My wife and I did not feel pressured at all with Nick's sales approach and he was great at getting back to us via e-mail with any questions we had. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle, I dealt with Juliana Parkin in the finance department. Juliana was fabulous and went above and beyond her duties by faxing additional paperwork to help us register our newly purchased vehicle. It was a smooth process all-around. The day we picked-up the new vehicle Nick was, once again, great. Making sure that the vehicle was spotless and "ready-to-roll". Nick also spent time with me, showing me how to use various features of the car, including the navigation system. Nick's patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Thanks Nick! A few emails were exchanged, and I agreed to come to the dealership to discuss my needs. I was welcomed when I entered the showroom, Alison came promptly, and introduced me to Ivan, after she filled him in on my situation and needs. Ivan is extremely knowledgeable about Toyota and approachable. I never felt I was being overly pressured to make the decision immediately. I had set out to take my time, do my research, but as it turned out, the deal was struck more quickly than expected. In this process, I did visit other dealerships... and felt that the deal was more important than me as a person. Not at sherwood Park Toyota though. There I felt like a valued person, and meeting my needs, whether with their dealership or elsewhere seemed to be priority. Ivan and the rest of the team made the process very smooth for me. I first met Mavy and was quickly amazed at his easy going nature: zero tactics, no pressure and no xxxxxxx around. My fiancee looked forward to meeting with him because she felt comfortable and she hates sales people since we've met every single type. The FRS had peaked my interest and Mavy was calm and collected with my demands and I sure as xxxx didn't make it easy on him. We took several weeks to iron out the details and he even took over my file when it came to financing when others had dropped the ball and it looked like I had to go somewhere else at one point...he had stepped up big time. Ivan went over the FRS when I took delivery of it and his incredible vehicle knowledge was fantastic. Very personable guy and was awesome to deal with. Despite the wait, I am extremely happy with my purchase and it is without a doubt, Mavy was the reason I chose Sherwood Park Toyota and I will refer people to this dealership because of him.
