I came across Sherwood Park Toyota and Ivan Kegalj make making numerous internet inquiries with their dealership. I was impressed with the professional response to all my questions in a timely fashion. There were no tricks, number games, or other greasy salesman xxxxxxxx I had encountered with other Toyota dealerships. Sherwood Park worked hard to earn my business and made this a positive experience. Ivan and his dealership were able to provide the best price, the best service, and even picked me up from the airport when I flew into Edmonton to retrieve my new ride. I would recommend Ivan at Sherwood Park Toyota any day of the week. He earned my business by being honest, respectful, and a true professional . If you buy a vehicle from Ivan, make sure to request.....demand.... a good cup of coffee thrown in. He won't let you down. Thanks Ivan! You'll be our first call when we purchase another new vehicle. First Vehicle Service - Very positive Recently had an 8000 km service on my Camry. I arrived at the appointed time to two lines of vehicles checking into a busy service reception- it reminded me of airport security. The service advisors were efficient and the line moved at a decent pace.The advisor, Cale, checked my personal, vehicle and service details, gave me a price for the work and we discussed pick up times. While this was happening, another person walked around the vehicle with a small digital camera taking a video of, I suspect, the vehicle condition. This did not bother me as I suspect the dealership was protecting itself against claims of damage done to the vehicle in their service area by taking ‘before’ pictures. So far so good, very efficient and professional. I live about 40 mins drive away from the dealership and was a little unsure about the shuttle service but it worked very well. I signed up for a shuttle and in a few minutes was on my way home. The driver, Gerry, discussed return trip options with me and we decided that early the next day would be best - I was not pressured to accept that, in fact it had been my original plan given the distances involved. However, later that day Gerry called to say my car was ready and could pick me up. As it happened my wife was able to take me to the dealer so I declined the offer but was impressed that Gerry would call and offer to pick me up. So overall I was very pleased with the shuttle service operation. Arrived at the dealership, went to the Service Counter and was given detailed record of the service, paid the bill and was on my way quickly. A nice touch was that when my keys were returned to me, there was a small map giving the exact location of our vehicle. It is a large dealership and I had anticipated some difficulty find the car. Couple of things about the bill were pleasant surprises, don’t often say that. First, the car takes 0W20 oil which is unusual so I expected it to be expensive. It was not, the price of the oil and filter was very reasonable. Second, the service called for replacement of the air filter but the service technician found it to be in good condition and did not replace it which impressed me. Because of this the bill was in fact lower than the price originally quoted. I was interested to note that part of the service was to check for safe installation of floor mats and we were given a sheet outlining the correct method of installation. The sales manager had also emphasized this when we first bought the car. So I left very impressed by all aspects of this my first visit to the service dept. More

Justin was very friendly and professional and had a genuine desire to help.The truck was waiting for me but unfortunately had been misrepresented by the dealer. The write up had led me to believe it was in great shape, as a vehicle with 67K and barely three years old should be. The truck was missing a trim strip, had a bent skid plate, tires that showed the wear strips and worst of all stunk of cigarettes. Should there not be some sort of a reconditioning process for these things? This is after all a Toyota dealer not some shady corner car lot. When I asked about these issues I was told by the sales manager that the wear was "cosmetic", as if my concerns were irrelevant, and that the tires were "fine" because a mechanic signed off on the inspection. I ended up purchasing the vehicle because Tundras with a long box are hard to come by but it took me a lot of work to bring it up to standard and I'm still fighting with the smoke smell. More

I contacted Anya and even though some time had passed since we purchased the vehicle, she chased down the information we needed and explained it to me in detail. I was very impressed. Not only does Anya do an excellent job in getting your business, she provides an excellent level of after sales service also. She is a gem. More
Extremely helpful I came up from Calgary with the goal of helping my elderly mother buy a vehicle in just one weekend. She fell in love with the RAV4 and although we visited several other dealerships, we soon came back to Sherwood Park Toyota. With the help of Cameron and Shawn we were able to pick out exactly what my mother wanted from their extensive inventory, negotiate a fair price, and take delivery the same day! When it came time to install the 3M coating and fabric protection the following week, Cameron picked up the RAV4 at her house, left her with a loaner vehicle for the day, and then delivered her vehicle back when it was done. My mother was very happy with how helpful and friendly everyone was at the dealership and I was amazed at how they were able to make everything happen within such a tight timeframe. More

Clearly, not only did the Rav4 win out over anything else in comparable class but Sherwood Park Toyota was clearly ahead of any other dealership in understanding how to treat customers and support them through the entire experience. I have yet to use the service department but have full expectations that I will not be disappointed. Full marks for the outstanding treatment we received from Chris, Karan and Juliana and I have no issues in recommending Sherwood Park Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

The good however is that he takes care of you from the initial firm hand shake right to producing a 7/16 bit driver out of his pocket to fasten your licence plate to your new truck. I am very picky and Dutch (read stingy and hard headed) Justin got me everything I wanted right down to black leather seats with orange stitching within set budget all in a non pushy, attentative and friendly manner. Since the configuration I wanted was not available he ordered it in and I took delivery in a few days. So if you wander into Sherwood Park Toyota and Scion make time to tear yourself away from the awesome trucks and Scions on the lot to go meet him and see for yourself if this review is accurate... Had a good experience My husband and I both bought vehicles within 3 days of each other in November 2013. At the time 2 free oil changes were added to both of our vehicles. When I phoned to make my appointment last week, I was told that all 4 oil changes were placed on my husband's truck and none were on mine. I explained the situation to the person on the phone and she spoke to someone in management (im assuming this) that said nothing can be done and that I dont have any free oil changes. My husband and I had oil changes at the same time and we explained the situation the Merrilee and she went above and beyond to make sure that the oil changes were on the proper accounts and that we both received what we were told when we bought our vehicles.. My husband spoke to the sale's manager as well but Merrille made that happen. The service was also very quick. More
