Clearly, not only did the Rav4 win out over anything else in comparable class but Sherwood Park Toyota was clearly ahead of any other dealership in understanding how to treat customers and support them through the entire experience. I have yet to use the service department but have full expectations that I will not be disappointed. Full marks for the outstanding treatment we received from Chris, Karan and Juliana and I have no issues in recommending Sherwood Park Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I am very picky and Dutch (read stingy and hard headed) Justin got me everything I wanted right down to black leather seats with orange stitching within set budget all in a non pushy, attentative and friendly manner. Since the configuration I wanted was not available he ordered it in and I took delivery in a few days. So if you wander into Sherwood Park Toyota and Scion make time to tear yourself away from the awesome trucks and Scions on the lot to go meet him and see for yourself if this review is accurate... Had a good experience My husband and I both bought vehicles within 3 days of each other in November 2013. At the time 2 free oil changes were added to both of our vehicles. My husband and I both bought vehicles within 3 days of each other in November 2013. At the time 2 free oil changes were added to both of our vehicles. When I phoned to make my appointment last week, I was told that all 4 oil changes were placed on my husband's truck and none were on mine. I explained the situation to the person on the phone and she spoke to someone in management (im assuming this) that said nothing can be done and that I dont have any free oil changes. My husband and I had oil changes at the same time and we explained the situation the Merrilee and she went above and beyond to make sure that the oil changes were on the proper accounts and that we both received what we were told when we bought our vehicles.. My husband spoke to the sale's manager as well but Merrille made that happen. The service was also very quick. More

Great Truck Buying Experience All I had to do was call Cam VanOirschot at Sherwood Park Toyota, and he made buying a new 2014 Toyota Tundra easy! He flew me down from Fort McMurra All I had to do was call Cam VanOirschot at Sherwood Park Toyota, and he made buying a new 2014 Toyota Tundra easy! He flew me down from Fort McMurray, picked me up at the airport, and took me to the dealership to show me my new truck! He was honest with me and very personable. Cam gave me a loner car to deal with my insurance, downpayment, and hunger issues. Seeing as I gave him very little time to get the truck ready for delivery, he was able to get a 2 way remote starter, tonneux cover, and 3M hood protector installed. Amit Singh assured me that the next time I come down to Edmonton that the remainder of the accessories would be installed in a quick and professional manner (undercoating, LINE X bed liner, buff out a few scratches, and redo the 3M on the hood). Bill Lewandowski was able to answer all of my finance and insurance questions. The team did a great job! Very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Upon delivery, Cam showed me all of the bells and whistles that my new truck had, filled up the tank, and sent me on my merry way. I am looking forward to seeing the people and Sherwood Park Toyota in the near future! More
