Buying a car at Sherwood Park Toyota So we bought our Toyota Highlander this year from Sherwood Park Toyota, after shopping around a little. Our sales rep, Justin, was very professional a So we bought our Toyota Highlander this year from Sherwood Park Toyota, after shopping around a little. Our sales rep, Justin, was very professional and efficient. He got us a good deal on the car price and accessories, was very patient and helpful with all of our questions, made us feel very comfortable during the test drive and got me in for a quick check up during my lunch time, when I thought something was wrong with the car. He even had a car waiting to take me back to work, in case this was going to take long. Also, the financial guys were very nice and accommodating, even staying late to finish the paper works. As long as they get us the remote starter before winter, I will say that buying our car at Sherwood Park Toyota was an overall good experience and the after sales services, so far, have been great. 2014 4Runner!! LOVE IT!! I phoned Cam and told him that my husband and I would be coming from 2 hrs out of town test drive a 4Runner. I had expected service to be sub par not from Cameron but in general as I was very Leary about payments and options. Cameron obviously cares about his clients and provides excellent service and knowledge. Humor and the laid back approach is exactly the way to have a client leave with a brand new car as it's less intimidating and less pressure is always a good way to go. I could go on and on gushing about my experience but a high level of customer service speaks for itself and is appreciated. He made sure that we were comfortable with the Rave 4 we wanted to purchase and assured me that everything would be ready for me when I came to pick it up. He walked me through every step on how it worked, showed me how to set up my phone on blue tooth and how to add favorites. He is a wonderful sales person one of the best I have yet to meet in the sales profession. Any question we had if he did not know the answer he would find some one that did which made our deal that much more pleasant and enjoyable. THANK YOU RYIAN!!!!!
