Unprofessional and dishonest I think that if you make an offer on a vehicle that is cost +tax, and it is agreed upon, the dealer takes a deposit, then the sales manager calls you I think that if you make an offer on a vehicle that is cost +tax, and it is agreed upon, the dealer takes a deposit, then the sales manager calls you back to inform you that he has decided to add on another $450 to your deal, this is dishonest. After doing a lot of research for where to get it, I finally landed with Sherwood Toyota. It wasn't just the fact that they had the colour that I wanted, but it was also the immense amount of positive reviews that this dealership has received. It was also the reviews that Cameron had received that made me want to deal with him over other sales people at the dealership. I contacted Cameron on October 29th to arrange for the FR-S that I wanted since I live up near Grande Prairie, and didn't want to risk that car being sold before I got down there. I told him that I would be coming down on the third with the intention of financing it. After numerous failed attempts at contacting Juliana, I ended up dealing with Bill in the end. Cameron even went out of his way to lend me a new tC while I was waiting for my car to be ready. Alright, enough of my life story here. All in all, my experience at Sherwood Toyota was great and I highly recommend dealing with them if you're planning on buying a new Toyota or Scion. More

Dom is a great salesman, low pressure, knowledgeable, diligent and pleasant. He responded to any and all follow ups quickly and courteously. The experience with finance was great as well. Delivery went as quickly as a delivery could go, and it was a pleasant experience. No long waits for anyone, and everything seemed well organized. I inquired recently about some accessories, emailing Dom. He gave me the information and provided me with guidance in how to go about getting the parts ordered. I got shuttled back and forth, the work got done and this experience was great as well. This dealer seems to really be well organized, low pressure and everything went smoothly. I would recommend both the sales and service to anyone. More
