I had expected service to be sub par not from Cameron but in general as I was very Leary about payments and options. Cameron obviously cares about his clients and provides excellent service and knowledge. Humor and the laid back approach is exactly the way to have a client leave with a brand new car as it's less intimidating and less pressure is always a good way to go. I could go on and on gushing about my experience but a high level of customer service speaks for itself and is appreciated. He was very warm and personable with no pressure just very relaxed. He made sure that we were comfortable with the Rave 4 we wanted to purchase and assured me that everything would be ready for me when I came to pick it up. He walked me through every step on how it worked, showed me how to set up my phone on blue tooth and how to add favorites. He is a wonderful sales person one of the best I have yet to meet in the sales profession. Any question we had if he did not know the answer he would find some one that did which made our deal that much more pleasant and enjoyable. THANK YOU RYIAN!!!!! The dealership is very clean friendly and the staff is always there to answer questions if a person has any. Luckily I was able to connect with Cameron, he made everything so easy and stress free and had everything ready for me upon my arrival to Alberta with only a few relaxed phone calls. Knowing I was new to Alberta Cameron was able to help me out by suggesting crucial accessories that I will need for the colder winter months. He really had my best interest in mind. When arriving to the dealership Cameron was very easy to talk to and explained every detail of my car to me, he made sure I was comfortable with everything before sending me off with my new car, Since the purchase of my Corolla last week Cameron has followed up to ensure everything is running smoothly. Sold me an unsafe car I came in and looked at a 2010 Toyota corolla in Aug 2014. Ward helped me out. During the test drive a few things were noted 1. The tire pressure light was on, Ward said this was because the tires weren't all inflated the same 3. The driver side brake light was out. After negotiating with Ward I agreed to purchase the vehicle. That was the last I heard/saw from Ward. When I went to pickup my vehicle (on Aug 12, 2014) I was helped by Ivan. The vehicle inspection report was not readily available as the service department was closed for the day. Ivan promised to email it to me first thing the next morning. Leaving the dealership, we noticed the brake light was still out and the tire pressure light was still on. I received no email from Ivan the next day. I emailed Ward/Ivan the following day and Ivan responded with the vehicle inspection report. I asked him about the brake light and he said it was probably replaced on Aug 12 when the did the inspection, then burnt out again after. I find that hard to believe. I also mentioned that the vehicle had winter tires on it. Ivan said he would ask Ward about it. I got no response and emailed Ivan back letting him know that I bought 4 new tires as I am not comfortable driving on winter tires on the highway in +30 weather. I asked if SP Toyota would be covering this cost as it was a safety issue, that I was misinformed about....and they said no. When I got the tires replaced I was also told there were no tire sensors installed...that would explain the real reason the tire pressure light is on. I went in and talked to Dave the sales manager to try to get this issue resolved. He agreed to get the missing tire sensor installed (they new it was missing before selling me the car) and give me 2 years of oil changes if I took this posting down. I followed through and changed this posting to a positive review. Today (April 29, 2015) I called to book a free Oil change and get the missing tire sensor installed and was told there was nothing on my file. Dave called me back and said since I never took my posting off here they were not going to give me oil changes--which is yet another lie from SP Toyota. I logged back into dealer rater and found my positive review, which I am now editing to negative as SP Toyota has yet again failed. More
