Expections were met & exceeded I had traded in my 2010 Toyota Tundra Platinum for a 2014 unit and Ryian was very helpful with the transaction. He was super friendly and went out of his way to ensure that my expectations and requirements were met. I had an issue with my 2010 Tundra but Shawn Diakur (sales manager) and Ryian made sure that we left happy after trading it in. Donna in finance was also very helpful going over all the different protection and extended warranty options. The truck was ready on the day and time it was promised. It was a pleasure to deal with people that obviously enjoyed their jobs. More

He is also very passionate about the Toyota brand, no comparisons were made - the only focus was to find my perfect vehicle. Ryian helped me along the way, no assumptions or pressures were felt. Back to HONDA!!! Bought a second hand Rav 4 in February this year and still haven't been given the command start clicker!!! Spoke to salesman NUMEROUS times, spoke to service department personnel twice. NO ONE calls me back and I'm made to feel like a pest for calling. The salesman, Owen Black, led me on for months. I've lost track of how many times I called him. The ONLY time he called me, was to let me know that the paper work was done and I could come in and sign for the loan! First it was that the couple who traded it in had just had a baby, moved and were looking for it (I can connect with that, having had children myself, so I was very patient), then it was that they were looking for a second hand replacement (for months?), as this one isn't made anymore. There is no next, as he's too hard to contact anymore and I moved on to other personnel. I've spoken to my services personnel in person and service manager on the phone. Neither has bothered to call me back or give any kind of indication that they are even interested. I'm still waiting for a call back from anyone! To top it off, when the car broke down in SK, there was only ONE REPLACEMENT PART IN ALL OF CANADA! It happened to be in BC and I had to WAIT 5 DAYS for it to be shipped to Moose Jaw. Luckily I have a daughter in Regina to stay with or we'd have been in a motel for 5 days, which would have added about $500 to the bill. You can bet that my next vehicle will be back to HONDA!!! Good CAR, great SERVICE and they not only phone you back promptly but call from head office between service appointments to check that you're satisfied with the car and the service. What ever possessed me to get a Toyota, anyhow! Oh yes, it fit the wheelchair without actually needing to get a van. Next vehicle will be a HONDA van! Believe me, these people don't deserve your business and you don't deserve to be treated like this any more than I do. Next step, BBB. One of the worst experiences at an auto dealer If I could give no stars I would. Horrible service...kept getting passed onto different salesmen... Salesmen rude, had last one say "I don't care what the other guy said. You are with me today". Vehicle not ready, twice, when had appointments to see it... Filthy when finally brought out. Had to wait for an hour so they could find it in the lot the first time. The inspection was not done, as promised, twice. Insulting low-ball offer on my trade in...using "auction market" prices as their "guideline". Tried to talk with manager about all of this but no response. Filed a more detailed complaint with better business bureau. More

Excellent service...Went above and beyond for us!! We just purchased a Toyota Tacoma 4X4 from Sherwood Park Toyota. We looked at other trucks and the Tundra by far was the better choice. Buying a car at Sherwood Park Toyota So we bought our Toyota Highlander this year from Sherwood Park Toyota, after shopping around a little. Our sales rep, Justin, was very professional a So we bought our Toyota Highlander this year from Sherwood Park Toyota, after shopping around a little. Our sales rep, Justin, was very professional and efficient. He got us a good deal on the car price and accessories, was very patient and helpful with all of our questions, made us feel very comfortable during the test drive and got me in for a quick check up during my lunch time, when I thought something was wrong with the car. He even had a car waiting to take me back to work, in case this was going to take long. Also, the financial guys were very nice and accommodating, even staying late to finish the paper works. As long as they get us the remote starter before winter, I will say that buying our car at Sherwood Park Toyota was an overall good experience and the after sales services, so far, have been great. Thank you guys and keep up the good work. More

2014 4Runner!! LOVE IT!! I phoned Cam and told him that my husband and I would be coming from 2 hrs out of town test drive a 4Runner. He was very accommodating and had the Veh I phoned Cam and told him that my husband and I would be coming from 2 hrs out of town test drive a 4Runner. He was very accommodating and had the Vehicle waiting for us, We loved it so much that we took it home that day! Cam had it detailed and ready in no time...I highly recommend dealing with Cam as he will go the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy and taken care of! He even went as far to get in touch with us days later to make sure we are happy with our purchase! If you go to Sherwood Park Toyota make sure to ask for Cam!! More
