A friend had recently purchased a car and referred me to Richard Chicoine at Sherwood Park Toyota. Richard was most accommodating and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Richard showed me the various options that I could choose from, explaining all the differences quite thoroughly and answering all of my questions very satisfactorily. I felt no pressure at all and was given as much time as I required to look around, ask questions, test drive, etc. The experience was very enjoyable and I ended up with a great vehicle!! I also want to commend Richard’s sales managers, Owen Black & Bob Thompson, who were also great to deal with and offered their assistance as well with any questions or needs. I was also connected with the Bill Lewandowski in the finance department to close the sale and again was treated very well. Any other staff I spoke to were friendly and I had a very pleasant experience overall in making such an important purchase.
