I am not one to write reviews, but I felt it necessary this time. I have to agree with many of the reviews I read about this dealership and would strongly advise people not to purchase vehicles from Sherw this time. I have to agree with many of the reviews I read about this dealership and would strongly advise people not to purchase vehicles from Sherwood Park Toyota, in particular dealing with salesperson Chadi Boudiab. I went to the dealership asking to purchase a 2022 Rav4. At the time they didn’t have one and I was put on a list to contact if anything came up. Shortly after, I was contacted by Chadi and told they had a Rav4 a customer ordered and decided they didn’t want it. (Now I am pretty sure I know why the deal fell through). This is where all the deception and lies started. Pressuring me to put down a deposit, making me pay $2,500.00 for 3M protection I didn’t want (dealership policy) and having to pay by the end of the month (which was in 3 days or the deal could not go through) and pressuring me to finance rather than paying cash. After agreeing to his terms, I requested an ALL-IN price. The next day I went back for a test drive and to confirm the deal. After the agreement was signed and the finance manager was going through all the costs, I noticed that the price had increased by $900.00 plus. When Chadi was asked to explain this additional cost on his ALL-IN price, he kept blaming it on the finance team and said several times, “If you are not happy with the deal then walk away.” And after being misled on at least three different items in the contract, that is exactly what I did. I was disappointed in Chadi and his manager who at no time made an effort to intervene knowing that Chadi was having difficulties explaining his misleading information. On a positive note, I would like to say that the Finance Manager Karan Singh was very professional and understanding. I was appalled that one of his colleagues put him in this awkward situation. Please consider reading the reviews, there are definitely more negative than positive about this dealership. More

Wish there was zero star. At first they were great to lure you into buying the vehicle you want, but the customer service after is utterly horrific. Placed an order and refundable deposit in a new rav 4. Only to be ignored for a week and a half trying to figure out ETA on the vehicle when the time frame for pending arrival was past. Then I decided I wanted my refundable deposit back, my salesman finally answered my call that time, saying any day the car is in, but declined and just want my deposit back, he said finance will call. Going on a week and two messages left later still nothing. Very disappointed in the service and communication. Wish I would of known before ever going to Sherwood park Toyota. More

Tyler was amazing from the start, I can't say enough good things about him he took a horrible vehicle buying situation and turned it into the best one that we've had yet. He went above and beyond to take care of us. Tyler was truly SPECTACULAR and a pleasure to deal with. Karan Singh the finance manager was SPECTACULAR and so wonderful to deal with. He took the time to explain everything, made sure we understood how everything worked and did his best to secure us the best financing that was available to us. We never felt pressured or unheard when dealing with him. He kept the mood light and friendly, very personable and comfortable. We left his office feeling great and that we had made the right choice! I highly highly highly highly recommend dealing with Tyler and Karan if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I left a deposit for a 2022 Tundra in November 2021. I was told it will be here for about 4 months. Now, it is June. Did 3 times follow-up with the salesperson called Brayden. Every time I was told your truck will be here soon. When this guy left the dealership, no one will take care of my order. I have to call multiple times to ask for the deposit back. So far as of today, they are still holding my money. The fact is they will put your order on their website and try to do some sort of auction or just try out every customer that inquires about it. Who will pay the highest money, and who will get it. Doesn't care about your feeling at all. Either the person waiting for the truck will get empty promises again and again or the person who paid the unbelievable high price for it will get screwed. That is not the right way of doing business at all. More
