Outstanding Service I purchased a 2015 Rav 4 from Chris at Sherwood Park Toyota. Being the first new vehicle I have purchased I was unsure what to expect. I had been to I purchased a 2015 Rav 4 from Chris at Sherwood Park Toyota. Being the first new vehicle I have purchased I was unsure what to expect. I had been to two different dealerships in the Edmonton area and was not comfortable with the sales departments. I felt as though the sales departments were only concerned about the sale and not about what I wanted. Chris was awesome right from the start. Originally I was looking to purchase in the future and just wanted to see what my options were. He was friendly and professional. Chris explained my options and showed me a few vehicles. At the end of the first visit he gave me a price and told me to come see him when I was interested in buying. Chris's no pressure attitude had me back later in the week. When I went back the second time, Chris met with me on his day off. He was completely up front with me and there were no surprises when I went to finance! I will definitely be back for my next vehicle! Thank you Chris and Charles for the no pressure experience, you made what started as a painful experience into an extremely enjoyable one! I highly recommend these two to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! More

It's overwhelming and very stressful buying a new car, but Ryian's friendliness made it a quite an enjoyable experience! Everyone demonstrated a customer-centric attitude and we have already told many people about our experience. We had walked into a dealership closer to home and walked back out a few minutes later.
