ECP Oil Change Service Dropped in today for an oil change, etc. Ended up with Carolyn as my Service Advisor, although not scheduled for service she said they could probably Dropped in today for an oil change, etc. Ended up with Carolyn as my Service Advisor, although not scheduled for service she said they could probably get it done in about 30 mins. I didn't time it but it certainly was close to the 30 minutes. Also asked for my tire pressure to be topped up and it was written on the service request for but I think the guys missed it as when I got home I checked the tire pressure and it had not been topped up. Emailed Carolyn about this and she said to just drop in when I was in the area and she would get that fixed right away. They also noticed my cracked windshield and provided a very reasonable quote to replace that, which I will do after the stones have been picked up in Sherwood Park in the late spring. I will make sure in the future that I try to get Carolyn as my service advisor. More
