Sherwood Park Toyota was the first dealership we went into and was super impressed by the service. We did go to a few other dealerships just to shop around but we were so impressed with SP Toyota that were back by the afternoon. We had great customer service with Ryian. He was so friendly and knew so much about the products. Even though he doesn't have kids yet he knew and understood the importance a family vehicle meant to us. We wouldn't have changed anything about our time with Ryian. He made sure we were always taken care of even after we purchased our 2015 Toyota Sienna. We had an awesome experience! More

Car buying made less stressful I hate car shopping. That's why I only buy a car every 12-15 years. I did all of my research online to narrow down my selection to two vehicles. I contacted Sherwood Park Toyota online to inquire about a Prius. The Online Sales Manager - Dom responded. He was always respectful and never pushy. I test drove the Prius and loved it. Dom was very knowledgeable about cars in general and especially the Prius. (I imagine he knows all the Toyota line-up well.) I never felt pressured to make a decision. Dom provided me with follow-up information that I had asked for, which really made buying from Sherwood Park Toyota a smart decision. I explored buying the Prius from another dealer in Edmonton, but they were much more high-pressure sales and made me very uncomfortable. They also could not match the price I got from Sherwood Park Toyota. Once my decision was made, Dom and Juliana (Finance Manager) went out of their way to meet my needs. It was a pleasurable experience all around. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
Exceptional Experience!! This was my first car purchase EVER, and so I had elicited some advice from friends and family-- which means I was prepared to go into the dealership This was my first car purchase EVER, and so I had elicited some advice from friends and family-- which means I was prepared to go into the dealership with a lot of pressure and was told to say "no" a lot.The actual experience was super easy and comfortable, and everyone I dealt with was very customer experience oriented. They answered all my questions and concerns. Dom picked me up from my place (as I did not have a vehicle) and was very personable. He explained all the features with the Prius C and made sure I understood what I was purchasing. I'd like to re-iterate that there was no pressure to buy the vehicle, he was very informative about all the features of the car and explained in detail how everything worked. Art was great at making sure that my concern about monthly payments were addressed, and what I really appreciated about him was that he was very upfront about the costs with me. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of with my money in any way. When it came to the paperwork, Jennifer was incredibly easy to deal with. She explained every term and paper that I had to sign in enough detail where I was able to understand everything. She was also extremely helpful in offering to assist me with getting my insurance set up too. As it was my first car, she gave me the run-through the process so that everything would run through smoothly. I wasn't sold anything that I didn't need. I got the car that I wanted. The payment plan works great for me. I'm happy with the price and I love my car. Also everyone else (I didn't get all their names) who were working either at the front desk or in the back was super friendly and congratulated me on my new car! I would really like to thank everyone for such a great experience. I will and have been recommending to all my friends and family Sherwood Park Toyota. More
Peter Fleming was wonderful My son's brand new 2014 Tundra purchased end of October 2014 had to be boosted on Saturday January 3rd and we called road side assistance on Sunday Ja My son's brand new 2014 Tundra purchased end of October 2014 had to be boosted on Saturday January 3rd and we called road side assistance on Sunday January 4th as it would again not start. When the gentleman came to boost the truck he said the battery was not taking a charge. My son drove it around for about 1/2 an hour and then went to get pop. When he came out of the store he had to use our booster pack to get the truck started. Service called my son on Monday, January 5th and told him they could not get it in until January 13th, & my son said the truck would not last that long as it had to be boosted every time to get it started. He took it out on Tuesday, January 6th early morning and took the shuttle back to northeast Edmonton where he works. He was very, very impressed with the shuttle driver, Peter Fleming and not a lot of people impress my son. Peter dropped him off on time for work and picked him up at the time promised after work. Peter was friendly and very accommodating. Service replaced the battery as they said it was totally dead. I'm not sure why a 2 month old vehicle would have a dead battery, however everyone at Sherwood Park Toyota has been great to deal with apart from my son being originally told that he would have to wait until January 13th to get his Tundra looked at. More
