Bought a new 4 runner. Very aggressive sales tactics to purchase extras such as 3M tape, extended warranty. Their explanation was customers were scalping vehicles but I was a Toyota owner. Now my sunroof leaks on my 2022 4 Runner and they can't seem to find the issue. I asked the service manager to call me to no avail. I also was in for my first service appointment and was approached by the guy who sold me the car. He was making a scene because I had given him a review he didn't like on Toyota Canada's web site. Overall it's a absolute entitled atmosphere where they consider the customer lucky to purchase a car from them. Arrogance and attitude is terrible. More
