Very bad customer service by their sales manager . He refused to book two new brand new cars if we dont want 3M on the cars which 3000$ add on. I am not one to write reviews, but I felt it necessary this time. I have to agree with many of the reviews I read about this dealership and would strongly advise people not to purchase vehicles from Sherw this time. I have to agree with many of the reviews I read about this dealership and would strongly advise people not to purchase vehicles from Sherwood Park Toyota, in particular dealing with salesperson Chadi Boudiab. I went to the dealership asking to purchase a 2022 Rav4. At the time they didn’t have one and I was put on a list to contact if anything came up. Shortly after, I was contacted by Chadi and told they had a Rav4 a customer ordered and decided they didn’t want it. (Now I am pretty sure I know why the deal fell through). This is where all the deception and lies started. Pressuring me to put down a deposit, making me pay $2,500.00 for 3M protection I didn’t want (dealership policy) and having to pay by the end of the month (which was in 3 days or the deal could not go through) and pressuring me to finance rather than paying cash. After agreeing to his terms, I requested an ALL-IN price. The next day I went back for a test drive and to confirm the deal. After the agreement was signed and the finance manager was going through all the costs, I noticed that the price had increased by $900.00 plus. When Chadi was asked to explain this additional cost on his ALL-IN price, he kept blaming it on the finance team and said several times, “If you are not happy with the deal then walk away.” And after being misled on at least three different items in the contract, that is exactly what I did. I was disappointed in Chadi and his manager who at no time made an effort to intervene knowing that Chadi was having difficulties explaining his misleading information. On a positive note, I would like to say that the Finance Manager Karan Singh was very professional and understanding. I was appalled that one of his colleagues put him in this awkward situation. Please consider reading the reviews, there are definitely more negative than positive about this dealership. More
