The day before I had been involved in a serious traffic collision and my vehicle was a total loss. We were not planning to shop for another vehicle but were forced to because of this situation. It was a brutally cold day and I was not feeling great physically or mentally, but the salesman who first greeted us (Chamkaur Singh), the salesman that went on the test drive with us and handled our sale (Nick Bhalla) and the financial services manager (Donna Fruhwirth) made everything so easy and in less than 24 hours we had a new vehicle! The staff were extremely courteous, friendly, respectful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. We would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely go there again should we need to buy another vehicle! More

I first chatted with someone on sptoyota website and soon right after Dom emailed me back to set up appointment for me to go check out the car. When we got there he was still with another client so he got Karan to help us out instead. Karan was very nice and friendly. He explained everything we wanted/needed to know, showed us different colours and trim. My girlfriend was very impressed with him. Dom also dropped by every once in a while during our time there to check out if we were doing ok or if we needed anything. they were very patient even though we had lots of question and kept changing our mind with the trim and colour. They were so nice we decided to buy the car right that day. Sneil, who did our finance, was also very nice and helpful. He explained everything in detailed and made sure we were very clear what we're getting ourselves into. Both, Dom and Karan, were also there on the day that we picked up the car to make sure everything went smoothly. They helped us put on the mats and the license plate as well as went over how everything works in the car before we left. Owen, who's the manager on that day also came to congratulate us at the end. Overall, I'm more than happy with them and would recommend them to any of my friends. More
