I originally emailed them and Dom responded with VERY competitive pricing in his email. We went down to look at the vehicles and asked for him when we got there. We never felt pressured at all, and Dom is very well versed in their products. This is not the first time we have bought new vehicles, and I have to say that the entire experience was very pleasant and once we decided to buy, the team of people we dealt with were very professional and worked hard to ensure we were satisified. We never once felt pressured by them, and I appreciated that very much. In order to make sure we were getting a fair price we went to another Toyota dealer in Edmonton, and they gave us a much higher price (about $7k higher) for the same vehicles. Needless to say, we left there very disappointed and went straight back to Sherwood Park Toyota and accepted their pricing right away. John and Dom ran the numbers through the system several times and, despite the fact that we kept them well past quitting time, they were more than happy to look at the several options we had available to us for purchasing two new vehicles. As the 4Runner I wanted was still en route from Japan, Bob actually loaned us his manager's demo (a 2015 venza limited) for about a week until my new truck came in. (Thanks, Bob!) We have nothing but good thing to say about this dealership and HIGHLY recommend that you go here if you are in the market for a Toyota. Ask for Dom and he will make sure you leave happy. Toyotas are known for their reliability and high resale value. You seroiusly can't go wrong with them. More
