PROMISED RETURN CALLS NOT DONE ON MAY30/15 MY WIFE AND I VISITED THIS DEALSHIP(WE HAD PREVIOUSLY TALKED WITH MR.A. SINGH ABOUT OUR CREDIT SITUATION-SOMEONE STOLE MY WIFES IDENTIFICA ON MAY30/15 MY WIFE AND I VISITED THIS DEALSHIP(WE HAD PREVIOUSLY TALKED WITH MR.A. SINGH ABOUT OUR CREDIT SITUATION-SOMEONE STOLE MY WIFES IDENTIFICATION THUS CAUSING CREDIT PROBLEMS)HOWEVER THEY HAD ADVISETIZED CREDIT GOOD OR BAD COULD BE DEALT WITH.AFTER SPEAKING WITH MR.SINGH WE WERE THEN TAKEN TO THE CREDIT DEPTARTMENT AND FILED OUT A CREDIT APP.OUR SITUATION ABOUT ID THEFT WAS EXPLAINED TO THE LADY AND WE PROVIDED HER SOME FINANCIAL INFORMATION-CLEAR TITLE TO OUR HOME,STATEMENT OF INCOME-NO CREDIT CARDS(FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS)ONLY DEBT WAS A REVOLING LINE OF CREDIT,ETC.SHE THEN PROVIDED US WITH A LIST OTHER DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED WHICH WAS FAXED TO HER THAT DAY AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT MY FAX WAS RECEIVED.SHE SAID SHE CALL US BACK SUNDAY OR MONDAY.NO CALLBACK.ON TUESDAY I CALLED HER TO GET AN UPDATE AND SHE REPLIED THAT THE DOCUMENTATION SHE HAD REQUESTED WAS NO RECEIVED????I THEN POINTED OUT MY FAX AND HER VERBAL CONFIRMATION HOWEVER SHE SEEMED CONFUSED SAID WOULD CHECK THEIR FILE-WHICH WAS WITH THE CREDIT MANAGER AND CALL ME BACK.SHE DID RETURN MY CALL AND SAIS THAT THE DOCUMENTATION WAS MISFILED,THAT THEY HAD EVERYTHING AND WOULD CALL BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO ADVISE WHETHER WE WE ACCEPTED OR DENIED.AGAIN NO CALLBACK AND ON THURSADAY I CALLED HER.SHE SAID THAT THE */BANK*NEEDED CONFIRMATION OF OUR INCOME..WE HAD PROVIDED COPIES OF OUR BANK STATEMENTS WHICH SHOWED MONTHLY DEPOSITS BY THE FEDERAL AND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT.SHE SAID WAS TAKING THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS OFF AND TO SPEAK TO HER ASSISTANT ON FRIDAY.I CALLED ON FRIDAY AND WAS ADVISED THAT OUR BANK STATEMENTS WERE NOT ACCEPTABLE AND THEY REQUIRED COPIES OF PAY STUBS-WITH AUTO BANK DEPOSITS YOU DO NOT GET MONTHLY STUBS BUT I SENT COPIES OF THE PREVIOUS TAX RETURNS AND A LETTER FROM THE PUBLIC PENSION BOARD.AGAIN I WAS TOLD I WOULD CONTACT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS.PREVIOUSLY I SENT A FAX TO MR.SINGH EXPLAINING MY PROBLEMS AND LACK OF PROMISED CALLBACKS NOT DONE.ON THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY I CONTACT MR.SINGH WHO SAID HE DID NOT RECEIVE FAX-THIS FAX WAS SENT TO MR.SINGHS ATTENTION AND RREQUESTED A COPY,AND SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITHIN AND FEW MINUTES.AGAIN NO CALLBACK FROM MR.SINGH SO I CALLED HIM.HE SAID HE GOING TO THE FAX MACHINE AND FOR ME TO STAY ON THE LINE.AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES ANOTHER GENTLEMEAN WHO SAID HE WAS THE CREDIT MANAGER.IT BECAME VERY APPARENT THIS PERSON,IN MY OPINION,HAD SOME DIFFICULTIES UNDERSTANDIND THE BANK STATEMENTS,LETTER FROM THE PENSION PEOPLE AND COMMENTED THAT THE TAX RETURNS DID NOT MATCH MY CURRENT MONTLY DEPOSITS TO WHICH I REPLIED THEY WOULDN'T DUE TO INCREASES.HE SAID HE WOULD CHECK WITH THE BANK AND CALL ME BACK WITHIN 1-1 1/2 HOURS-NO CALL BACK ON JUNE O6 AS PROMISED..IN MY OPINION NUMEROUS PROMISES TO CALLBACK WERE NOT HONOURED,FAXES SENT TO OTHER PEOPLE WERE NOT GIVEN TO OR RECEIVED BY THE PEOPLE TO WHOM THE FAX WERE SENT,THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT SHIFTED ANY REASONS FOR NON CALLBACKS ON THE BANK,MY REQUEST TO HAVE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS RETURNED AND THAT COPIES NONE OF THESE ARE TO BE RETAINED BY THEM IF APP REJECTED.(WOULD YOU WANT THEM TO RETAIN SENSITIVE CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS?)AND AS OF TODAY-JUNE09/15 STILL NO PROMISED CALLBACK.IF OUR APPLICATION IS OR ISN'T APPROVED WHY NOT SIMPLY ADVISE US ACCORDINGLY.IN MY OPINION THIS WAY OF DOING IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IT APPEARS THAT THERE MAYBE A NUMBER OF CHANGES AND OR TRAINING DONE TO BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE THEY GOAL AS A BUSINESS RUN BY PROFESSINAL PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTANDED HOW TO TREAT THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.CONSIDERING THE ABOVE IF I WERE ASKED BY ANYONE OF MY DEALINGS WITH OR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM WHAT DO YOU THINK MY REPLY MIGHT BE?DAN-LAMONT ALBERTA More

That's when we met Dom Culjak for the first time. Since then we changed our mind and vehicle choice numerous times, sent tons of emails and phone calls, and Dom would always find time to answer all our questions. Finally we decided to go with 2015 Highlander, and SP Toyota gave us the best price, hands down. Dom went on holidays and left us in good hands of his colleague - Ivan Kegalj, another very friendly and helpful professional, who finalized the deal. (Uh-oh, high pressure used car salesman!). Aaron was indeed very energetic and eager to help us look at the used Sequoias and Tundras on the lot. We probably spent as much time getting to know each other as we did talking about the features of the vehicles we test drove. Aaron built up a personal relationship with us which is quite different than what we have run into with other sales people. We ended up purchasing a used truck from another dealership, but when I picked up that truck, I stopped by to personally let Aaron know that he could stop searching for that perfect vehicle for me, as Aaron was scouring his available stock and forwarding newly acquired used vehicle information to me via email. Most of the other salespeople that I have dealt with have left me not wanting to give them any contact information, and when they do get information, they just end up pestering me looking for a sale. Aaron on the other hand left me knowing that he genuinely wanted to help you find the perfect vehicle. More

I've just purchased a 2015 Tacoma and was shopping the province for what I wanted, in the end I didn't need to go anywhere else. We struck the deal and they delivered as promised.......what more could you possibly expect. Yes, they are a dealership and you'll likely think "huh, they're all the same".....true, except for whom they staff it with. I was going in to pay cash for the vehicle but after looking over the different plans for financing, and the ease with which the process took, it's another avenue you should discuss with Anya on the sales and Lisa with the finance.
