Ryian was friendly outgoing and very easy to talk to. He never once talked at me and he always listened to what my wife and I had to say. He never tried to pressure us into buying anything we didn't want. The whole process was fast and hassle free. Ryian was always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and was pleasure to do business with. I would and will recommend Ryian to friends and family and will purchase my next vehicle from him as well. I take away one star only because of the guys in finance. They were trying to sell us on the protection package for my vehicle. They weren't even sure if my vehicle had any of the interior cloth protections or underbody sprays from the previous owner but were still eager to push it. After I said no to the first guy he just got up and left, thats when Sneil abruptly entered the room to try to sell it again. We didn't appreciate the high pressure sales techniques in the finance department. Overall we had a very positive experience and look forward to doing business with Ryian and Sherwood Park Toyota again in the future. More

That's when we met Dom Culjak for the first time. Since then we changed our mind and vehicle choice numerous times, sent tons of emails and phone calls, and Dom would always find time to answer all our questions. Finally we decided to go with 2015 Highlander, and SP Toyota gave us the best price, hands down. Dom went on holidays and left us in good hands of his colleague - Ivan Kegalj, another very friendly and helpful professional, who finalized the deal.
