I was dealt by karan kumar and the financer was Steve. I had the worst experience, the whole staff is lying. I’m really disappointed and frustrated for that kind of service.I don’t have any other car and they don’t even arrange any rental car for me even though my car still get all types of warranties. i feel it’s just wasting of time and money nothing else.This is such a xxxxty service ever i got in my life. I made a deal with the Chadi for 48311+ docs fees + GST. When Eli printed the contract I noticed he added edging fees which i rejected when he offered it prior to printing the contract. When I confronted him I rejected this he said “ nothing I can do about it, they already did that”. In addition, he added 126.25 fees when I asked about it, he said this is to make sure no lien on the car. How can you have lien on 2023 that I special ordered!!!!! Then the sales person “ Chadi said not the 126 is air condition fees and tire levy… watch out before you sign anything. They will attempt to cheat you in day light and come up with all kinds of contradictory explanations when you catch them. My question does covid give them a license to cheat? More

Their explanation was customers were scalping vehicles but I was a Toyota owner. Now my sunroof leaks on my 2022 4 Runner and they can't seem to find the issue. I asked the service manager to call me to no avail. I also was in for my first service appointment and was approached by the guy who sold me the car. He was making a scene because I had given him a review he didn't like on Toyota Canada's web site. Overall it's a absolute entitled atmosphere where they consider the customer lucky to purchase a car from them. Arrogance and attitude is terrible. More
