I was car shopping and they won my business easil When I first called Sherwood Park Toyota, I spoke with Owen Black and explained a horrible experience I had with the manager of another dealership. H When I first called Sherwood Park Toyota, I spoke with Owen Black and explained a horrible experience I had with the manager of another dealership. He attentively listened to my ordeal and promised me that I would be taken care of at their dealership. The next day, Shawn Diakur (one of the managers of Sherwood Park Toyota) left me a voicemail asking me to return his call. I called him back, thanked him for calling me and informed him that I had received an in-house deal from a different management of the same dealership where I was first terribly treated. He asked me what the deal was and he beat it just like that. From that point on, the experience was fantastic. I was given the royal treatment from Owen, Sophear, Josee and Shawn. Owen patched up my paperwork, Josee did initial paperwork for me and Sophear in a detailed fashion showed me the vehicle.
