We drove them all and dealt with the dealerships teams. We saved the best for last and arrived at Sherwood park Toyota on a Sunday. We felt welcome straight away, our kids found the playground and were thoroughly entertained. Although we received a great deal of attention, there was no pressure We picked out car, went for a test drive and then had a very casual yet to the point conversation about the choice we had to make. Our sales person did not ridicule the other products like the other dealerships did, he instead gave very real,matter of fact comparisons.... In the end it was an easy decision and we drove home in our new Highlander that day. More

Good to buy just no service after This is your typical dealership. People are lined up to help you to buy a car. Friendly and easy. But once you dropped $46,000 good luck I called ahead about warranty work and was told it was covered, once I drove 60km out of my way and took time off work, I got the run around...for 2hours of talking to everyone who keeps passing the hot potato to deal with and then over charging me for the part. I had to call the Canadin tire to get the prise and they would match it....then the person telling them on the phone is not good enough, they want it in writing.... I have been here 2.5 hours later and still not what I need.... Like I said, you can buy a car here if you want to chance it, just don't expect any service after The part they charge me $274 plus $34 for install after i spent $46k here Canadian tire is $188.... Don't get ripped off here More

Good Job I took my Toyota Sienna 2007 for scheduled repairs two months ago, while it was discovered that I needed to repair front shock absorbers. I was not ready for that immediately. I was going to put it off but thanks to the dealership, they phone me about a month later that its a safety issued driving with such a bad parts. I booked appointment online and the service manager gave me a 10% discount on parts and labour. The service took a whole day but the repairs has been good now since about a week. Thanks to Sherwood park Toyota. More

The dealership is clean and open when you walk in, someone is always there to greet you with a smile on their face. They listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for and helped me find it. Sophear went through the highlander and showed and explained to me all the functions. Sophear was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. Art was so wonderful to me and made me feel very welcomed. I enjoyed sitting in his office talking about life and cars! Owen in finance was great he was very knowledgeable, fun and helpful in spending my money!! I would recommend this dealership to everyone not only do they have fantastic staff but they sell amazing cars! More
