I would never go here. This dealership was a mess. We felt with so many employees I don't even remember any of their names. They said they locked down multiple vehicles at d This dealership was a mess. We felt with so many employees I don't even remember any of their names. They said they locked down multiple vehicles at different times but when it came to purchase they "accidently" sold them. This happened twice! It was very frustrating to be told you can buy a vehicle twice but then be told it's gone when it was time to pick it up. They rarely called when they said they would.....they would usually call the next day from the day they specified. Overall I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone as other have poor service from them too. More

3 strikes you're out! Went to buy a NEW vehicle in June/15... Passed off to Charles who was not only completely inept but insulting and demeaning, left me sitting in a cubi Went to buy a NEW vehicle in June/15... Passed off to Charles who was not only completely inept but insulting and demeaning, left me sitting in a cubicle for over an hour while he "went to see what they could do with my ok trade " when he was actually dealing with someone else. I couldn't even leave cuz he misplaced my keys. Had to hunt down MY vehicle in the back lot after they took it for a drive without my consent (said they were just looking at it to appraise)...changed all the settings etc. E-mailed Art who actually called back and reassured me enough I thought i'd give them another chance... BIG MISTAKE! Went back in October to consider a USED vehicle... Only to get blown off by the salesman who seemed to think he knew what I wanted better than I did! Got lectured by young punk in finance about what insurance I should have. Left a deposit and when couldn't secure a deal was told it would be refunded. Called several days later spoke with Owen who was too lazy to actually check on it but blatantly LIED saying it was done! Only bright light there was Jennifer H who finally and efficiently did what she promised, getting my refund done. Then I called MULTIPLE times to speak with John, used car mgr to follow up on the possible purchase of my vehicle. Kept getting passed off to someone else and refused to call me back! Can't really say WORST customer service I've ever rec'd by a car dealership but certainly equally bad as Sh pk Chev and Sh pk Nissan... All dishonest & slimy! More
