He went above and beyond taking care of us, and our two boys, it was really a pleasant vehicle shopping experience and the indoor playground was perfect to keep the boys occupied. Ended up buying the sequoia, and love it. Traded in our truck, and was offered exactly what we wanted for it. Saw that the Toyota remote started needed a plug in to charge, but it wasnt in the vehicle, so Mario gave us his own to take home with us! Will definitely come back here for our future vehicle needs! I was looking for something with at least AWD, possibly a Matrix or Rav4. Thomas was very knowledgeable, straight forward and helpful. He gave value added service without being pushy. I purchased a 2009 Rav4 and am very happy with the purchase. I trust that any required after sales service will also be excellent. All the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. More

Turned a stressful situation into a great experience I went to Sherwood Park Toyota after finding out my current vehicle needed more repairs than it was worth . That being said , I hadn't been expecting I went to Sherwood Park Toyota after finding out my current vehicle needed more repairs than it was worth . That being said , I hadn't been expecting to have to buy a new car and my budget was very tight. My salesman Doug understood this and showed me tons of different options , and helped me understand the difference between leasing and financing, So i was able to make an informed decision regarding my financial options . My main concerns were safety and reliability after all the money I had spent in the past on my car that broke down again and again .He helped me decide on a 2016 Corolla S, knowing I'd be comfortable with the reliability and low ( zero ) maintenance costs associated with a vehicle under full warranty. I truly felt that he had my best interest in mind when helping me choose this vehicle. Doug heard every concern I had and answered every question. He was able to take my buying experience from something out of necessity , to something I actually enjoyed. I would recommend all my friends and family visit this dealership if ever in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
