2016 Tacoma; great deal, no stress and very thorough. I was in the market for a new truck, Chris wasn't in the day I could come in, he made sure Ayman took good care of me during the test drive. When I decided to wait for the 2016, I told them exactly what I needed and my budget. Chris made sure to keep me in the loop during this hectic time where the 2016s are just coming in and already sold in most places. Of course I did my own research to know exactly what I was getting into. Trust, but check, as they say! When Chris got the numbers for me I could tell that I was getting a better deal than most people in Canada! It was a new experience for them too, my truck was the first manual 2016 they sold. They had to hide mine out back because so many people came in wanting to test drive it! Jenn was my finance manager and was super patient and diligent in explaining everything to me. She made sure to have everything in order so that I can leave with the vehicle that day, and even organized the paperwork so that when I had to transfer my plates over I wouldn't have to rifle through the stack looking for the relevant work when she wouldn't be around. Also threw in the "in transit" paperwork for free since we missed lunch and she promised me pizza haha! It's the little things like this that separates the good from the great. When Ayman came back with the now ready to roll truck; though I signed and paid, he made sure to go over all the features and knew where all my extra parts (plug in cords, towing parts etc.) were. First time truck owner, first time big purchase. Even though I was super wary about going, hearing horror stories about dealerships as a whole, they blew all those stereotypes out of the water. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Toyota! More

I was pleased with the service and attention I got but I decided to wait for the 2016 Tacoma for a number of new features. I stayed in touch with Amit and when they had a new White Tacoma Limited coming they held if for me to see and drive. Nav was exceptionally well informed about the new features and he showed us all of them and how they worked. Then we made a deal and I waited for a Black one to arrive. While it seemed like forever it was really only 3 weeks and as soon as it landed they had it ready for me to pick up. Nav was great to work with as I sent him regular e-mails and he responded promptly and professionally. If he didn't know an answer right away he said so and then he found it quickly. I really appreciate the service and attention. I love my new Tacoma and really enjoyed the experience of buying it with Sherwood Park Toyota. Thanks again. More

Dave Kizuk extremely helpful sales rep During September (2015), I visited 12 car dealerships in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, looking for a "pre-owned" hatchback that would accommodate a doub During September (2015), I visited 12 car dealerships in Edmonton and Sherwood Park, looking for a "pre-owned" hatchback that would accommodate a double bass and be within my budget as a low-income senior. I hauled the double bass case along and tried it in many potential cars that, from my online research (including US News rankings) might be good cars for me. I met more than 12 salespersons during my search, which gave me some sense of how helpful (or not) they could be. I emailed them with my "short" list of cars that might work for me, also putting some of my criteria into print, so they could contact me if they received a suitable car into their inventory. I also continued my online search for a car. I came across a listing (on both Kijiji and Autotrader) that interested me: a Pontiac Vibe at Sherwood Park Toyota. I phoned the dealership to make an appointment to see it. DAVE KIZUK was the salesman who helped me, and he was incredibly PATIENT with my many questions and concerns. A couple days after I saw/drove the vehicle, my partner went out to see/drive it too, and he was also impressed with Dave. Dave is an older guy who dresses more casually than a lot of suit-encased salesmen, and he has a straightforward and personable manner we liked. Dave knows his vehicles, but when I (a woman) contradicted him on a minor thing, he double-checked and admitted I'd known something he didn't. Although I don't know that much about cars, Dave was never condescending about my questions or threatened by my rather academic approach to buying a vehicle. Dave was VERY PATIENT, and (like me) paid attention to details. Dave had excellent manners, and KEPT EVERY PROMISE (large or small) that he made during the 5 days I took before deciding to buy the vehicle. He's definitely a man of his word, and he really WENT THE EXTRA MILE. When I bought the car, I half-apologized to Dave for being such a fussy person, and he just said it was good because it kept him on his toes. I'm pleased with my Pontiac Vibe, and was very pleased with the excellent service given by Dave. They said they locked down multiple vehicles at different times but when it came to purchase they "accidently" sold them. This happened twice! It was very frustrating to be told you can buy a vehicle twice but then be told it's gone when it was time to pick it up. They rarely called when they said they would.....they would usually call the next day from the day they specified. Overall I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone as other have poor service from them too. More
