He responded promptly and professionally, then proceeded to answer a number of questions to ensure we understood the vehicle and e-sales process. He was helpful during the test drive, both in navigating the under-construction roads nearby and in explaining vehicle features - he had clearly studied up an the vehicle (which we really appreciated since it wasn't a Toyota). The sales process was professionally handled and we were satisfied with both the process and outcome. We are now happy owners of a used vehicle and Doug was a big part of that! The Finance/Admin part of the process was smoothly handled and everyone was professional. Missing spare Tire I just bought brand new Toyota 4 Runner 2016 with them. I live in Lloydminster which is 250 km away from Sherwood. I brought the vehicle home. After t I just bought brand new Toyota 4 Runner 2016 with them. I live in Lloydminster which is 250 km away from Sherwood. I brought the vehicle home. After that tire inflation light came on, and I thought the tire pressure is low and I tried to inflate the tires every week just to get rid of that light and light keep coming on. After that I took the vehicle to their service centre and they figured out spare tire is missing and that's the reason light is coming on again and again. They told me they will fix this by next weekend as they don't have any spare tire available at the moment. I haven't heard back from them since then. And I am trying to contact them regarding this issue and no body is paying any attention to that. I want to file a complain against this. More

I have always thought that getting it from a dealership will be more safe and wise to do as they thoroughly inspect it before putting up for sale again. I never made as mistake of choosing this dealership as aside from the great vehicle the staffs especially JOSHUA CARIOU and CAMERON JANTZ were all a breeze to deal with and were extremely helpful and friendly. I would be 100% sure to recommend this dealership to my friends and anyone who are in the hunt for a any vehicle whether it be brand new or used one.
