Using the opportunity to do warranty work and then telling you that you "must" do this additional service at the same time. Going out of their way to find something wrong with your vehicle no matter how minor. Telling you that one part of the suspension needs repair but you should replace both at the same time. Toyota tells you the coolant should be changed at 128,000 km but the dealer says it should be done at 40,000 is ridiculous. Changing the cabin air filter at 16,000 km intervals then recommending an air conditioner service at 40,000 km and replacing the cabin air filter again and making sure you paid another $47 for it. Coming up with every excuse they can find to defend these actions only makes them look more guilty of trying to rip you off for as much money as they can. More

Having bought two other Toyota Corolla's from this dealership, I went to see if they could do anything for me in terms of getting me into something ne Having bought two other Toyota Corolla's from this dealership, I went to see if they could do anything for me in terms of getting me into something newer with hopefully lower payments. Not only did I drive away in a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla iM with all the bells and whistles, but I am now saving $60 a month payment wise for a brand new vehicle with full warranty and another $40 a month on my insurance. That's a savings of $100 a month for a newer car WITH better features and full warranty!!!! Everyone was so courteous and helpful. I understand that's part of their job, but I truly feel everyone went over and above to ensure I was happy and satisfied. Branko and Raza were so patient and just really amazing. Charles and Paulie really helped cement my positive experience. Thank you all!!! More

Complained to Toyota Canada, their response was each dealership was independently owned and operated and they could do nothing. Last Toyota I'll ever buy. Service yesterday resulted in my buying my dream Highlander, the sales staff were very helpful and informative, and I drove away with my new Highlander the same day! Do not honor their agreements This will be the last time I work with Sherwood Park Toyota. They make deals and then do not honor them. They are forever blaming the other people in This will be the last time I work with Sherwood Park Toyota. They make deals and then do not honor them. They are forever blaming the other people in other departments. The common theme is it was the "other people who no longer work there that made these agreements but we can't honor them Sorry". I am tired of the poor service and lack of respect to the agreement that is actually on file yet they wont make any adjustments. Life is full of choices and Sherwood Park Toyota will certainly not be mine. More
