They tried to play gimmick with me I purchased used 2017 Toyota highlander from them & I paid for extended warranty and two years of maintenance but when i went over there for vehicle s I purchased used 2017 Toyota highlander from them & I paid for extended warranty and two years of maintenance but when i went over there for vehicle service they told me to pay me for it as it wasn't on the racket so I tried to talk to them but they told me we have returned te money meant for warranty and maintenance to the bank even without asking me once apparently they were backtracking on their committed even though it was two sides contract , these people think they can fool their customers & play smart be care full about these people!! Not able to work with you lesson learn - when you put a deposit and you ended up not buying their car, they will not refund the $1000.00 deposit. The only thing that was commu lesson learn - when you put a deposit and you ended up not buying their car, they will not refund the $1000.00 deposit. The only thing that was communicated with me was that the deposit is used to hold the car. Nothing about not being refundable if the dealer meets all the requirements. I guess it is in the fine print that was not clearly visible...I called and see if they can understand my situation but they are not willing to refund any kind of amount. They said because they had to pay a new set of key and winter tires, they will be using the $1000.00 towards it. So really in turn I paid for the keys and winter tire. Sherwood Park Toyota also gave me financing which was way higher than what I could get approved for - almost 10%. I went over to Sherwood Honda, and they were able to offer a much better car and much better financing rate. My recommendation, please go to Sherwood Park Honda - ask for Jessie and Kenil. I am no way related or in friends with Jessie and Kenil. More
