Life is full of choices... don't make an expensive mistake.. This dealership charges between 30-40 percent MORE than other Toyota dealerships in the city for their various service packages, including oil changes This dealership charges between 30-40 percent MORE than other Toyota dealerships in the city for their various service packages, including oil changes. Sadly, I didn't realize this until last week when I visited another Toyota dealership because it was closer to my new job. Even tire rotations cost 20% more here. Apparently because the various Toyota Dealerships are independently owned, they can set their own service prices. There are lot of positive reviews about this dealership, but... I would like to share that this dealership "bribes" its customers with free oil changes in exchange for writing a 5 star review on this dealerrater site. At least, that's what they tried on me when I purchased my car. Sorry Sherwood Park Toyota... bribing customers is not good business. Life is full of choices... don't make an expensive mistake... don't choose Sherwood Toyota. I almost forgot, if you do bring your car here for an oil change be prepared to be hassled to buy a new car, even if your current car is only 1 year old... More

Misleading emails led to loss of time and money In April of 2018 I found a used FJ Cruiser (JTEBU4BF7DK161618) on Kijiji that was for sale at Sherwood Park Toyota. I emailed and clearly asked if th In April of 2018 I found a used FJ Cruiser (JTEBU4BF7DK161618) on Kijiji that was for sale at Sherwood Park Toyota. I emailed and clearly asked if the vehicle had been painted or repaired in any way. I was told by email (Joe Cariou) that it had never been painted and was in excellent shape. I traded my vehicle for this FJ Cruiser and once I had the vehicle I noticed overspray on the passenger rear quarter panel. I took it to another dealer who showed me where it had not only been painted, but two windows replaced as well. (cost to repair $2,445) Sherwood Park Toyota took the vehicle back, but never once apologized. If you decide to deal with them - new or used - ensure you get a second opinion on ANY of their vehicles. In my opinion, they put money first and customer service second. Be very very careful if you deal with this dealership and trust your instincts. There are many other Toyota dealers in Edmonton - it pays to shop around. More

I never felt rushed and was encouraged to take my time to make the right decision. Les took the time to show me all the amazing features of my new vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with it before driving it home. Liars and thieves Last fall my husband convinced me he needed a truck, so seeing Sherwood Park Toyota had a few tundras for what seemed like a good deal we went there. Last fall my husband convinced me he needed a truck, so seeing Sherwood Park Toyota had a few tundras for what seemed like a good deal we went there. The truck we bought HAS NEVER RUN RIGHT!!!!!! We have a 2011 tundra and they assured us the new one would get better mileage and it had a larger fuel tank. Neither is true. In fact the new tundra gets much much worse mileage than my 2011 and my parents 2007. We bought at the beginning of winter. And by the time spring came around I had this vehicle parked because I hate it. So to my delight and surprise when I had to drive it one day the a/c does not work. Now they inform me they can fix it for the discounted price of $1000!!!!! The computer system is xxxxed the rear doors creK and moan when opened and closed, when fueling it up nearly every time gas shoots up out of the tank. Sherwood Park Toyota are Scam artists selling garbage as if it was in good condition! Brings the old fashioned used car salesmen to mind. They lied about the truck so I would buy it, and now I’m stuck with this xxxxty truck. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!!!!!! There are plenty of other Toyota dealers to choose from. More
