Trevor in service at Sherwood park Toyota should be FIRED! He will likely cause more issues than solve , took my Toyota in (again) for the senors at 11 am and promised we’d have it by 4. We were left a message at 1:06 pm , we tried to call back but just got the answering machine several times, we were to b picked up by their shuttle , after phoning many times and talking to a few people trying to convince someone it’s very important I get my truck by 4 I have a child to pick up half way across Edmonton in rush hour traffic🙈 So my last call to them was at 4:10 pm ! Hysterically I told them I would have to get a cab and I expected them to pay for it to make amends for not doing as promised, when I arrived at 4:25 pm ,thanks to a very concerned thoughtful understanding cab driver ,I was refused the measly $20.40 for the driver as well as refused my keys to my truck on a paid for already service , if you can believe that! On top of this we were threatened to have police called on us for trying to defraud the cab and told to never come back, Don’t worry Trevor I’m sure you don’t have a problem repelling people I know I don’t ever want to deal with you and I will let others know of such a poor work ethic you carry, if you had enough smarts you realize you should be so ashamed 👎👎👎😖oh and I should mention we paid the cab and tip 😉 More

Purchased a truck from sherwood park toyota, And the Check engine light came on a day later, brought it to the dealer here in fort mcmurray and needs 600$ for a new thermostat. Went with my son-in-law to the showroom today. Opened the door & sat in a vehicle in the showroom. Numerous sales people saw us, but none ever approached us to ask if we needed help, etc. Obviously they must door & sat in a vehicle in the showroom. It will be the last time at your business. Never in my life have I experienced this type of behaviour at a car dealership. More
