Upsold 2 addtnl warranties. When I wanted to trade in this car, 37 days later, they refused to refund ($1000 total). I contacted both insurance companies & both agreed to refund. Unfortunately, it is dea this car, 37 days later, they refused to refund ($1000 total). I contacted both insurance companies & both agreed to refund. Unfortunately, it is dealer's discretion after 30 days, & the dealer must refund me & then be reimbursed by insurance. They don't lose a thing by complying but refuse. I have traded in this 2021 Highlander XSE for the Platinum trim - but I did it at Heninger Toyota in Calgary. SP got the sale of my first vehicle, unfortunately, but they'll not get another dime. I hope you take the time to read the many, many negative reviews of this dealership. I didn't and paid the price. More

If I was shopping for a Toyota, and I might be someday, I wouldn’t go to Sherwood Park Toyota just based on your radio ads. They have to be the worst, most annoying on the radio, especially “Jenny”. Trevor in service at Sherwood park Toyota should be FIRED! He will likely cause more issues than solve , took my Toyota in (again) for the senors at 11 am and promised we’d have it by 4. We were left FIRED! He will likely cause more issues than solve , took my Toyota in (again) for the senors at 11 am and promised we’d have it by 4. We were left a message at 1:06 pm , we tried to call back but just got the answering machine several times, we were to b picked up by their shuttle , after phoning many times and talking to a few people trying to convince someone it’s very important I get my truck by 4 I have a child to pick up half way across Edmonton in rush hour traffic🙈 So my last call to them was at 4:10 pm ! Hysterically I told them I would have to get a cab and I expected them to pay for it to make amends for not doing as promised, when I arrived at 4:25 pm ,thanks to a very concerned thoughtful understanding cab driver ,I was refused the measly $20.40 for the driver as well as refused my keys to my truck on a paid for already service , if you can believe that! On top of this we were threatened to have police called on us for trying to defraud the cab and told to never come back, Don’t worry Trevor I’m sure you don’t have a problem repelling people I know I don’t ever want to deal with you and I will let others know of such a poor work ethic you carry, if you had enough smarts you realize you should be so ashamed 👎👎👎😖oh and I should mention we paid the cab and tip 😉 More
