Thank you for letting us know of your situation. This all comes down to training and we apologize for not going through the car proof history report with you in detail. We have discussed this issue with the people involved to insure this will not happen in the future. As discussed earlier Brenden will be talking to you about this issue after 5 tonight to get everything resolved. Thankyou

Hello.. I had an interesting conversation with Brenden a week ago. He called me and apologized for my bad experience at SP Toyota. Basically accordingly to him, it was entirely the new employee's fault (no training etc) and he had absoulety no knowledge about problem. My takeaway from the conversation was either A- he is an incompetent manager who dont chk background on car he prices and sell with pride. Also he was very eager the blame the new guy. B-he is cunning sleazy salesman as I suspected who knew very well what he was doing. Either way I don't want anything to do with him or SP Toyota ever again.. fyi I bought a car and there is nothing to resolve here.. I just want to do my duty as responsible consumer and inform other consumers of incident so they can make informed decision. Thanks
