I am a first time buyer and I was looking for a new 2012 vehicle. I have been to numerous dealers in Edmonton in the last week and I have had some decisions to make about purchasing a vehicle. I had troubles with a dealer and decided to try Sherwood Park Toyota, who I was told had excellent customer service. Once at Toyota, I was approached by a salesman, Ryan Matiushyk, who right away asked me if I needed any help. Ryan wasn't pushy in any way but I didn't have to walk around the dealer almost begging for someone to help me and finally get service. Through my experiences with salesman at other dealers Ryan seemed a lot more helpful and friendly. Ryan told me at the start he is a straight shooter and will tell me exactly what I will get and what he can do for me with my purchase. No Secrets! I was looking to buy a 2012 Rav4 Base Model. Ryan put all his effort into getting me the right deal with the things I wanted. He got the payments where I wanted, 0% Financing, upgraded package and overall an awesome first vehicle purchase experience. Throughout this whole sale, Ryan never gave me a price/accessory that he couldn't commit to. He changed my thoughts of salesman and showed that Customer Service is the most important in any sale. I am giving this dealership 5/5 stars because out of the last 6 times we had purchased a vehicle. This is the best experience we had ever had!!! The dealership alone was very clean, well lite and the people were very nice. We also like the fact that they bring the vehicle inside the building for you to view. The managers and financial people were very polite and we did not feel like we were going to get hit with some hidden fees at the end or pressured into spending another few thousands.
