We did a lot of the pre sale by email and the salesman we were dealing with was not in when we went to buy the vehicle. We dealt with Rob Nessel from Sherwood Park Toyota on two separate occasions. We first bought my wifes new Highlander from Rob and came back to purchase a new 2012 Tundra and traded my 2010 Tundra. The service from Rob was unbelievable, he sold us two vehicles because of it and we would com back again. Rob was patient, not pushy and made everything so easy and with no stress. Whitney was very friendly and not at all pushy. She helped us figure out what it was we wanted. She arranged test drives quickly and found vehicles for us that were close to what we wanted. Unfortunately, the vehicles in her dealership were not what we ultimately wanted and they could not supply a vehicle to fit our needs. This was partly due to Toyota packaging (no leather on entry level Highlander Hybrid) and to limited supply of 2012 or pre-owned 4Runners. I can't give a 5 on customer service because we were not able to find the perfect vehicle for us. I would have liked to buy from Whitney, but found my preowned 4Runner at another dealership with better preowned selection. More

I would recommend Sherwood Park Toyota first and formost Witney was informative, accurate and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions that was asked of her. First she sat you in her office and asked what you were looking for and waited till you made your mind up before she showed you any vehicles She was never pushy but rather gave you the time to think your options through............she took you to potential vehicles and asked if that was what you wanted and if you asked for more options she was ready and followed through. She was knowledgeable about engine size, type of tires you prefered and any accessories you wanted and went to her supervisior to discuss the best possible price for you as a customer...........I went to see the vehicle on a Saturday and decided on buying that day but the final decission whas discussed on the phone almost daily until the deal with decided and she never minded if you changed your mind or added addiontal accessories like air filter,mats or remote ect....it didn't matter she always took the time to listen and talked with you and was honest to give you a straight answer and at one point even said dont worry I am doing everything I can to give you the best price for the most Highlander you want.............it was great to know she was there for her customers Sherwood Park people even take the time to go through everything in your vehicle to make sure you know everything you have and how to use it........who does that? it was great they will even take the time to set up your blue tooth if you have one.........now tell me isnt that worth the time to go see them? This is my second Toyota here in Alberta and I really can't see myself go anywhere else. More

I have been looking for a new vehicle for the last two year. With a hectic schedule I do not have many weekends to go car hunting. Numerous dealership I check out did not listen to what I need. All the other dealership tried to do the pressure sales tactics and keep telling me that the deal is only good till end off the day. But not Tommy at Sherwood park Toyota. He asked me what is important to me and my family and what I am buying the vehicle for. At this point I have no idea it took me two years just to think off a vehicle I might want. Tommy asked me try what I might like and want and we can go from there. I tried out many vehicle and end up choosing a 4runner. I mention to Tommy I need a few day to think about this investment and he should call me back in 4 days to serif I am still interested. Sure enough Tommy call me back in 4 days and asked me in one more time to test drive the 4runner. I was weary about I might be pressure sale by Tommy when after my test drive but I was mistaken. Tommy took care off me accordingly and was very professional with all my questions and concern. It took me 2 years for some salesperson to WOW me and actually listen to my needs instead of the salesperson want.
