Not only was Cameron able to put me in the car that was most suitable me and my family's needs, but also he was able make sure that our payment was well within our budget. The entire process very smooth, from the test drive to the delivery, thanks in great part to Cameron and the dealership. I would also like to comment on the great atmosphere and environment in the dealership, it was very relaxed and professional environment in a great facility. Cameron as a salesperson was the best I've ever dealt with, he treated me with great respect, and was very to the point and helpful with all my questions and concerns. My girlfriend and I were in the market looking to replace our old SUV that was getting up in age. We were debating between Honda, Nissan and Toyota before we set out on our search while talking ourselves int our old SUV that was getting up in age. We were able to visit the first two makes, gathered information from sales people before visiting Sherwood Park Toyota. Right away we were greeted by Mavy Gill and before I knew it, the three of us were having coffee and chatting about the Eskimos and mountain climbing. Next Mavy showed us a Camry and had us laughing the whole way on our test drive. We instantly fell in love with car and I have no doubt that Mavy played a huge role in giving us a postive experience. We put a deposit on it that very day and within a week took possession. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of experience shown by Mavy, his ease of attitude, attention to our needs both driving and budget wise and his ability to accommodate; completely won us over. It was a night and day difference between our experience with Mavy compared to Honda and Nissan. We love our vehicle, convinced my dad to buy his Tundra from Mavy and will continue advising others to do the same. I returned a few days later with some questions regarding the programing of the radio and the use of my cell phone with blue tooth. Nevine had all of my questions answered right away.He is very friendly ,considerate, and easily approachable. I have had my Toyota serviced at Sherwood Park Toyota since the dealer ship first openned and I would not consider going anywhere else. The service is great and has always been done to my satisfaction. All Sherwood Park Toyota staff from cashiers, service personel,parts staff, sales staff and managers have always been very helpful.
