Shafik was a wonderful salesman. We orginally came to look at a new Highlander and we asked a few questions about the Highlander Hybrid (but it was outside of our price point). While doing a test drive of the Highlander Shafik searched the inventory for a used 2011 Highlander Hybrid with a comfort package. When we returned he had the suV ready for us to take on a test drive. We came back later that afternoon and finalized the details of the sales with him. He worked with us to resolve some of the minor concerns we had with respect to the milage and warranty on the vehicle, miniscul damage to the rear light, and cargo liner. Marty Dabrowski in Pre-owned vehicles was a breath of fresh air compared to dealing with other dealerships in the city. Not only was he friendly and helpful, but he was fair with the price he offered to fresh air compared to dealing with other dealerships in the city. I had to talk to another dealership at the time of sale, to get a warranty transfered to me, and the difference between the two people and dealerships were night and day. Phones at Sherwood Park are picked up on the first ring, and everyone we came into contact with was helpful. During our car sale process, we had so many dealerships low-ball us and try to weasle as much money as possible, but Marty offered a fair rate the first time and stuck by his word. I highly recommend working with this dealership and especially Marty if you are looking to buy a pre-owned vehicle. If he is this nice when we are selling, I can only imagine how nice it would be to buy one from him. We will be back! More

We went in looking to purchase a new vehicle, we had a camry in mind but whitney introduced us to the Avalon, which we had never heard of and it was exactly what we wanted.
