Not only was Cameron able to put me in the car that was most suitable me and my family's needs, but also he was able make sure that our payment was well within our budget. The entire process very smooth, from the test drive to the delivery, thanks in great part to Cameron and the dealership. I would also like to comment on the great atmosphere and environment in the dealership, it was very relaxed and professional environment in a great facility. Cameron as a salesperson was the best I've ever dealt with, he treated me with great respect, and was very to the point and helpful with all my questions and concerns. My girlfriend and I were in the market looking to replace our old SUV that was getting up in age. We were able to visit the first two makes, gathered information from sales people before visiting Sherwood Park Toyota. Right away we were greeted by Mavy Gill and before I knew it, the three of us were having coffee and chatting about the Eskimos and mountain climbing. Next Mavy showed us a Camry and had us laughing the whole way on our test drive. We instantly fell in love with car and I have no doubt that Mavy played a huge role in giving us a postive experience. We put a deposit on it that very day and within a week took possession. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of experience shown by Mavy, his ease of attitude, attention to our needs both driving and budget wise and his ability to accommodate; completely won us over. It was a night and day difference between our experience with Mavy compared to Honda and Nissan. We love our vehicle, convinced my dad to buy his Tundra from Mavy and will continue advising others to do the same. I received exceptional service from Nevin when I purchased my new truck. I have owned a Toyota truck continuously for over 25 years. I traded in my 2009 Tacoma on a new 2012 Tacoma. I have been purchasing and selling cars for over 30 years, various makes of cars and of course dealt with numerous faces in the car world. That being said, I have yet to come across a more professional and sincere individual then Mavy at Sherwood Toyota. We spent a few hours, I tried my best to rattle his chains and throw him a few curveballs in my requests and he did not waver once and reacted in a positive and courteous manner. While the price of the unit was higher then I am willing to purchase at this time, I will definitely buy all of my Toyota units from Mavy and at Sherwood Toyota as long as he's there. My wife and I throughly enjoyed our experience; she hates the sales process and was put to ease by several jokes and easy going nature that Mavy possesses. We dealt with Rob Nessel from Sherwood Park Toyota on two separate occasions. We first bought my wifes new Highlander from Rob and came back to purchase a new 2012 Tundra and traded my 2010 Tundra.
