Was sold a truck 2012 Tundra Platinum and was overcharged and outright lied to at every turn. W The worst buying experience I have ever experienced. Was sold a 1699.00 extended care plan though they knew the truck was to be used commercially in the oil patch which makes the Extended care plan invalid. They also listed the Kms on the ECP as 588 though it was demo with 16000 Kms on it Found a life and disability insurance package in my folder that I paid 5000 dollars for that I was not even aware that I bought am trying to cancel it but am on the hook for at least 2000 dollars anyway. The words that come to mind are "Sleazy, underhanded, sneaky" Apparently you need to bring a Lawyer with you to purchase a vehicle from this dealership I cannot get anyone in senior management to return my calls or emails. Avoid this dealer or at least have a Lawyer review documents before signing.. What a scam! More

I called Sherwood Toyota / Scion to see if they had the new Scions in stock. Rob Nessel took my call and had the model and colour I was looking for warmed up and ready for a test drive when I got there a c new Scions in stock. This was my first experience at buying a new car and I am extremely happy. Ryan met us when we walked in and was very friendly. As we looked around, we were approached by others but when we said we had already spoken to Ryan, the others stepped back and left us to deal with Ryan. That really impressed me. Once I had decided on a car, Ryan explained a few things to me, answered all my questions and described a few of the features of the car. Then he sent us to speak with Dan to start the paperwork. Dan was great. He had everything worked out and called me the next day to come in and finalize things. The entire process only took 2 days and I was able to pick up my car. The whole experience was awesome. Sherwood Park Toyota has fantastic people and they are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Shafik was a wonderful salesman. We orginally came to look at a new Highlander and we asked a few questions about the Highlander Hybrid (but it was outside of our price point). While doing a test drive look at a new Highlander and we asked a few questions about the Highlander Hybrid (but it was outside of our price point). While doing a test drive of the Highlander Shafik searched the inventory for a used 2011 Highlander Hybrid with a comfort package. When we returned he had the suV ready for us to take on a test drive. We came back later that afternoon and finalized the details of the sales with him. He worked with us to resolve some of the minor concerns we had with respect to the milage and warranty on the vehicle, miniscul damage to the rear light, and cargo liner. Overall he listened to our needs vs. desires and answered honsetly with integrity. More
